Well I'm only 5'2 so I'm not exactly looking for a partner who's an entire foot taller than me. I tend to find 5'8 to be a great size for guys for me. They're taller than me, but not so tall that I need a step ladder to reach their face.

I'm 5'3". I perceive myself as being around average and I guess I am, although other people often consider me small. A man recently described me as a "wee person" which I'm pretty sure means leprechaun...

I don't know why, but in my mind, 6'0" is when a guy is officially very tall. Anyone 5 or more inches taller than me is tall

Growing up, I was always short. Hell, I practically stopped growing for a year in middle school. But then, I kept growing even after my teens, which is unusual for women, so I guess it evened out in the end. Now at (about) 5'5" I guess I "average." I still feel short though - except at work because a few of my female coworkers are seriously tiny.

I don't understand why anyone would lie about their height.

I never understood how people can lie about their height we all get a general estimate visually. The thing that I don't understand is when girls lie about being shorter. It's like they want that cute short girl image attached to them.

My best friend does it. She claims she's 5'2'' but I'm 5'1'' and she is noticeably taller than me.
