Agoraphobia....

My boyfriend has Agoraphobia..he fears having a panic attack in public, he WILL NOT go anywhere alone, he does not like being in crowded places or around others that he does not know..

Are there any LD'ers who have this same Disease?
Do you know anyone that does?
How to you cope and deal with it?
How has it effected your life?

Yes, but the main condition he has is agoraphobia.. but he still does not like crowded spaces.. he finds comfort being at home.. going out .. he fears

I don't have agoraphobia, but going outside is scary. emo I'm always afraid of having a panic attack or having something bad happen, but it never really does. My anxiety is terrible but overall I have a grip on it. It never got to the point where it kept me from actually leaving the house. I hate it though.

I don't think it's a phobia though..

I feel like I was developing it at one point. Going outside to face the wold was getting scarier everyday. Luckily I had a few good friends that helped me to snap out of it.
