honestly,any time. epecially whn your in 1st pd. pe!!! ugh!! evil try running when your on your period and no pad!!!!!!! redface ewww! then that smell!!eww. my mother wont let me use tampons.when im in a pad it feels like a freaken diper! and if you have an older brother whom you share a bathroom with!!!!!! rolleyes hes all what are you doing in there? and i tell him im changing my pad and he just goes silent and walks away. thats the best parts,cause he knows not to bug me or i'll go all emotional ON him.!lol. whee
