i guess yeah.. , just lately i've been eating very small dinners which has been making me more hungry

Eating less, in most cases, do not help you lose weight effectivly.

What you need to do is eliminate foods that are not helping you- such as empty calories such as candy, chips, junk food, etc.

Focus on healthy fats and carbs. Exercise (ahh!! I know, it's tedious, but if you want to lose weight healthily that the way to go) and eat right.

They constantly drill this into our heads: Why does no one use it?
