Ok heres the think i have a small pink alarm clock that isnt that loud
and alot of the time it wont wake me up ill just sleep walk and turn it off
and i have to take my medicine twice a day.............
i have to be woken up and if i dont take my heart meds well..........
Is there a really loud alarm clock? one thats not digital
im always afraid they wont wake me up and our power flickers alot

Mys ister got one and i was about to smash it to pieces with a hamer. It was soooo annoying!

I really doubt you're going to find an alarm clock that wakes you up gently.
The alarm clock is annoying because it's waking you up. =/

You can go to stores and test out alarm clocks. Look for one that gradually gets louder, or you can get an alarm clock radio and turn the volume as high as it can possibly go to wake you up. My alarm clock occasionally gets set to the radio by my husband flailing around blind and half asleep, pressing the wrong buttons and being woken up by LOUD radio static the next morning practically makes me fall out of bed.

For every single alarm clock I've every had, you can put in a battery back-up. The battery only kicks on when the power to the clock is cut, keeping it on and set right during blackouts.

Try looking for an old fashioned dial alarm clock. My sister got a retro Superman one and THAT is pretty damn loud (It wakes the whole house up) when the mallet is smacking two bells constantly and really fast.

Also, a tip here. Place your alarm clock on the other side of the room. This way, you must physically get out of bed and turn it off and look, you're up and moving about!
