No, not every guy is only after sex, sex is a part of life, hell its what creates life (okay, except for test tubes, IVF and all that) so in many ways yes, guys are only after sex as a means to pass on their DNA.
Its so much more complex than that, human beings on a whole want to pro-create (there are exceptions to this rule) as society changes our cultural norms change as well. 300 years ago it was normal for a 15 year old to be married, 200 years ago that age went up to over 16's, a hundred years ago marriage age was generally between 18 and 20 for women. (Again, there are exceptions to the rule) This change in society morals means that the age women have children has changed as well. In the fifties a woman would get married, quit her job and have babies, now women are leaving it much later to have children. The sexual revolution in the sixties and seventies completely changed how we look at sex, its no longer for the creation of children and something that happened after marriage, so as the way people view sex changes so does our desire for sex.
Once more we're having sex younger and younger, we may be shocked by teen mums but think on it 300+ years ago that was perfectly normal.
So yes, biologically that is all that men want, however it depends on the guy, everyone views sex in their own way, some see it as an act of procreation, others for pleasure, some its an act of intimacy between partners, so it really does depend on the person.
