I don't think it should be abolished, although the point of it has greatly change. It is not necessary, however it does give a greater reassurance of commitment. I mean come on, many guys and girls just want to "hit it and quit it". So one person will get screwed while the other could careless. Now if someone wants to marry you, then that is a promise to be with you until death. (although I know there is divorce and infidelity but if two people are truly in love then marriage has a point)

WRONG! MARRIAGE HOLDS NO HUGE POINT BUT TO SATISFY THE INSECURITIES THAT THEIR LOVER WON'T LEAVE THEM. Why should I marry to show I love her deeply and want to be with her forever? MARRIAGE IS A TITLE NOTHING MORE DUMBASS YOU NEED TO LEARN.

If marriage is just a title then why are their tax reductions and things revolving around it? If marriage is just a title, then why are homosexuals up at arms about it not being legal to get married in some states. If it is just a title, then why would they care? It isn't just a title, "dumbass" it's a lifestyle all in it's own. Just like being a bachelor, just like being homosexual. And I'm not even going to throw in the fact that religion was the reason marriage was brought about. Back in the day, before history was really ever recorded, you could sleep with virtually anything with an orifice you thought was big enough. So when religion came around, their God told them that it wasn't so nice anymore, so he/she/it (trying to be as nondenominational as possible here.) instituted marriage.

Unfortantlly they are always going to be there. Things can help it, but they can't be stopped. Just need to fight through it and go with the down because there will be an up afterwards!

you know, I know I am pretty far down on your list here, but......most guys only think of sex when there with a woman like every thirty seconds so that make s it hard to consintrate, but no, not all men are like that, some will wait untill you are ready how ever long that is like me.
