Maybe try calling her on the phone more? So then if she talks to you more you guys would be closer at least. About your dad maybe sometime when your on the phone suggest that she comes over to see him and that it would be a nice surprise for him. Also maybe politely/jokingly mention that you haven't met the father of her baby. Like make it light hearted so then she doesn't feel like you are ganging up on her or anything.

She moved out (I'd assume, at that age.) She is no longer obligated to drag you around, or introduce you to her boyfriend. Yes, that would be nice, but she has her own life now. Let her live it.
Also, does she know the full extent of your dad's illness? She might not even know she's needed.

My sister has a boyfriend and they are both 23 my sister has become more distant and i feel depressed because we were so close yet her boyfriend pops into the picture i mean she's pregnant and i havent even met the guy! because i most likely from her prespective embarrass her honestly I'm shy at first when i meet people so how could she possbily think that. Also my Dad became sick and she rarely comes over to help him while me and my younger sister have alot to carry on our shoulders by the way I'm only freaking 16 and my younger sister is 13. So I believe she should step-up she can help our dad with tons of things yet she doesnt.. it pisses me off that she gets to have the utterly perfect life while i'm her little sister that has all the bad luck and has to be mature while she complains about how pregnant she is.. this is sort of a rant i guess :/ scream

Let your sister be happy, help your dad without complaints (for it should be a labor of love), and try to talk to your sister.
