Sit her down and explain that you're five years older than her and you need a little time to do things more appropriate for your age... But that you love your friendship. Then plan days/times when you'll hang out with her, so she still feels special.

Then teach her tricks she can use at school to get more friends... Encourage her to join a club... Teach her some card games and give her a pack of cards to take into school (this is how I met a lot of my school friends). She's really lucky to have someone older than her, with life experience who cares about her and is willing to help... But you're right, she does need her own friends. You just need to give her the confidence to go out and make some.
