You don't.
You propose to him, wait for him, or ******** ask him to do it.

Yeah right, like proposing to a man was my childhood dream. He is going to do it RIGHT and treat me like a lady, god damn it.

LOL, you're an idiot.
You're being selfish.
At least your boy friend is thinking finances.
You're just, "OMG, DISNEY, MUST GET MARRIED NOWZ."
He IS treating you like a lady, he's getting all of his debts his paid so that your futures will be better.
It's irresponsible to just get married off whim, or some stupid fantasy.
Troll.

Wow, you're a complete b***h.

You've "wasted" a year with him?

You've met him twice?

You want to make him propose?

So you want to rush into a marriage, which he's not ready for, just so you can have a "fairy tale" wedding only for it to end in divorce within a matter of months?

Seems like you don't know how Disney weddings work. You don't get proposed and married in the same trip. You have to book your wedding possibly a YEAR in advance.

He has to propose to me NOW when we go to Disney World (under the fireworks) so that we will have time to save money for our wedding before I turn 30 NEXT December. If he proposes now we can be married next year in Disney World before my birthday.

Ahaha.

And yet I'm not the one whose trying to force my long-distance boyfriend, who I've only met twice and apparently wasted my time with, propose to me when he very clearly said that he won't just for my selfish reason of having a "fairy tale" wedding that will end in disaster.

He said he won't propose in December, so stop riding his balls.

*Facepalm*

This indicates reasons why you probably haven't gotten married yet : |

You can't force love, and it's no your fault that you feel you "have" to get married at a certain time". Besides, if you don't tell him, there is no way he's going to propose to you randomly. What do you think he is, psychic? This is what happens when people have that fairy tale complex and can't think rationally. Love can't be forced. Marriage is a big thing, and maybe he has his own idea of a perfect way to propose...that is..IF he does. Seriously, just communicate with him. Lots of people talk about marriage before they get engaged.
ok 1 year and it's time he proposed? you're a troll right?

Not to mention she wants him to spend his money on an expensive wedding instead of paying off his student loans...talk about irresponsible.

This has to be a troll.

I'm really hoping it is.
I hope he breaks up with you and you die alone, you vapid ********.
Nincil
boo hoo. Too bad. You don't ******** make someone propose to you cause of your own selfish wants.

Grow up " little girl".

Maybe if you can fork over all the money and pay off his student loans.

1 years is prob too soon to determine someone is your soul mate anyways. Considering you guys only met twice and haven't even tried moving in together.

Don't waste 10 k to only divorce 1 year or less later. >_>

I also don't see how you can manage to have a wedding at disney world and spend less than 10k.

Exactly; I'm half your age and have more common sense...=/
And, 3 times? Uh, ok; and how long were these meets; I've barely heard of people getting married at 1 years time, even when they live with each other.

And what are you gonna do about the long distance thing? Your gonna be married, met each other 3-4 times and be a quarter of the country away; you need to seriously rethink this.

Especially if your 29 and coming on Gaia asking for advice, XD. I'm almost considering this a troll, and I hope your kidding.

Btw, don't even waste your breath flaming me, I'll be long gone to not hear what-ever foul thing that no one will care to acknowledge.
This made me lol.

Kay. I'm in highschool, younger than you and have a boyfriend I've been dating one year.
I see him almost everyday, even if it just for 10mins. We have been dating a year, almost a year and a month in about three days.
I DON'T want him to propose to me (Mostly because we are in highschool) but other than that it is because I've only known him for a year.
Unlike you I see him once more almost EVERYDAY.
Also you can't make anyone propose to you.
And if you only met him twice. Thats ridiculous.

I hope your a troll.
First off, I am not a troll. I don't give a damn if you think I'm a troll. Go ******** off and talk to your other little kiddie pals about crushes and periods and whatever s**t you little creeps like to chat about.

Second of all, all of you blabbing about how one year isn't enough time CLEARLY have never been in a real, adult relationship. And our relationship is NOT pretend just because we are long distance. We are very much in love. We have spend months, just chatting together, spending every waking moment with one another, touching with our voices when we cannot touch in real life... and we have made our two weeks together count VERY much. I am tired of this s**t about how we haven't "really" been dating a year because we didn't meet until May. That is utter s**t and if you are saying it you are just jealous of our connection. Yes that includes YOU little kids who don't know what true love is.

THIRD, yes, our wedding is every bit as important as his student loans. Hello, it's the most important part of our lives. My wedding is all I've ever wanted. I crave it so bad it hurts.

High school relationships are pretend.
