I just got a very insulting message on formspring from this girl who used to harass me. It's anonymous, but I know it's her. I have old emails she used to send me where she insults me badly there too. Can I get her in trouble?

Even so, there's not much you can do. Unless you track down her IP address or something I guess.
I would just block it. I'm pretty sure you can block anons on formspring since it will block that specific anon's IP address. I haven't used that site in forever since I thought it was pretty much dead.
Or just don't allow anonymous questions.
Or just don't have a formspring.

If the police haven't already contacted her about cyberstalking, this anon message probably isn't going to be the thing to matters to them. If you have a restraining order or something like that, you can contact the police and tell them you think it was her, ask them to talk to her. Otherwise, I think you're out of luck here. Not every internet fight is cyberstalking, or serious enough for the police to care.

Not trying to sound like that isn't a serious issue, but if they are from 6 months ago, I don't know if the police will do much about it since you didn't bring it up to them at the time (unless you're saying you did). Unless you have definite proof that this anonymous message IS her, there isn't really a case to file here. Depending on this formspring message, and if you continue to get them, the police may not even do much about it unless they feel you're in danger or there are serious threats. You can't just get someone in trouble just because you think it's them.
