I LOVE dried apricots! Though every time I pick them out the mother is like "Ugh those have sulfer in them!"
So dark green veggies like spinach?
Yeah I'm a normal weight and my kidneys are great!
Next time I go to my doctor I'll ask about blood tests. They never did any the last few times they tested. I think it's time to get out a notebook and do a food diary.
Thats great. How can I fix it? Food suggestions?
I'll get a notebook. I managed a solid today and I was astonished....I'm trying to remember what I've been eating that could have firmed it up for that one moment.
Really? Rice? I loveee rice! I think overall my body would be happier with me if I made some rice instead of ramen or something
I'll try cutting wheat first since I eat mostly bread and cheese products. Though I think I'm good with lactose. Gluten has always come up as a possible factor.
Oh my god I WANT to learn how to cook so bad @.@ I actually took a cooking class in highschool one year and I kicked a** at it. I just don't really know where to begin... searching up recipes?
Trust me, I would much rather cook my own meals then sit down to frozen baked french fries and hot dogs. Perhaps I'm needing fiber from veggies since fiber from grains doesn't seem to be working. Does exercise help with bowl movements? o_O I really do hate exercise. Though I'd love to go biking if I had myself a bike.
Yeah I think it's the diet... the stuff i'd eat might be suitable as occasional snacks for an elementary schooler, not a grown woman.
I'll definitely try eliminating foods and recording what I eat in a diary and see if that changes anything in the mean time before I can afford to see a doctor. But if nothing works at least I'll have something to show the doctor so they can see what I've been doing.
Change diet. Check. Water. Check.
Oh goodness I thought bread WAS fiber X.X proves how much I know.
I might have a sensitivity to too much dairy. I guess we'll see with the food diary
Thanks
smile I'll research IBS too

So here are some foods I might eat in a day, just to give yall an example of what I'm putting in my body.
Normal day:
Breakfast= nothing. I'm sleeping
Lunch= Ham and cheese hot pocket followed by some goldfish crackers and a cookie or two
Snack= more crackers, another cookie
Dinner= handfull of french fries and mozzarella sticks
Pigging out day:
Breakfast= sleeping
snack= hot cheetos
Lunch= two grilled cheeses
snack= gold fish crackers, zebra cakes, candy bar
dinner= 4 frozen burritos followed by something sweet
Skinny day:
Breakfast= sleeping
Lunch= Ham and cheese hot pocket
Snack= handful of crackers
Dinner= cup noodle
Actually making food day:
Breakfast= sleeping
lunch= fried bacon and peppered eggs on top of a buttered chunk of french bread with apple slices
Dinner= oven baked frozen chicken strip in a tortilla wrap with mushrooms, celery, lettuce, cheese and a drizzle of bleu cheese.
Yeah... pretty much. And usually my days consists of roughly 3 skinny days, 2 normal days, 1 pigging out day and one actually making food day
And obviously I change it up but thats the gist of it.
sweatdrop It's also hard when I live at home. Those parents eat twice a day and something easy, so all I really have are processed foods which is why it's difficult to change.
Also, how long does it take for a full days worth of food to pass through defecation?
