So, just... be more sensitive, maybe let her know why you don't want to talk to her, to avoid her freaking out about 'Why doesn't he want to talk to me, what did I do, etc,' and hopefully she won't jump down your throat type thing.
Also, she's allowed to talk to people on the phone other than you, and vice versa.
