I really need some help here

I've got a semi-pending case against my estranged regarding sexual assault etc.

I haven't heard a word from law enforcement in a couple of months.

Well now apparently I have a certified letter from the prosectuing attorney's office that I can't retrieve until Monday b/c the post office is closed...

Any ideas as to why they'd send me a letter?!

Letters can mean a lot.

It's likely not a summons, as they have to hand-deliver those to you. Maybe it's a court date letter, but you're not being called to witness.
