aww. I'm sorry. That really sucks. your friend should be more loyal than that..I think the best thing to do is start the healing process. crying helps. I know your a guy and probably don't want to cry but it does help get those sad feelings out. I'm really sorry that happened to you.

That's very depressing that your best friend would do that to you. I would suggest to cry in you need to. Also I would suggest to stay away from your girlfriend and best friend for the time being. Just take a break from them so you can have some time to heal and get over what has happened to you. Maybe hanging out with other friends to distract you from what happened would be good too.
