Hugging your cat constitutes as abuse? What? I pet and hug my cats and make them sit on my lap even when they don't want to...and they hiss and scratch and bite. But they still love me and still want me to pet them. Does it seem like your cat hates you? Or are you gentle with it sometimes?

Well, sometimes I give his fluffy tail a little tug...He's so cute though, I love him so much. I miss him when he's gone, and he makes me SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy!

No offense but I do not believe you are honest or being serious. For goodness sakes, you posted a topic about abusing your pet cat on gaia! there's a few things i must say.

1) both are bad, I'll admit. I must caution you from doing either of them! there must be a third, fourth, SEVENTH option, right? (not suicide... whether you are a troll, or a girl with a hellish amount of problems-up-your-a** suicide is never the answer)

2) sorry, but being a lover of humans and animals (in a non-creepy way, guys. don't report this) I'd have to say that it sadly sounds abusive... I don't know how for you to stop it, but it needs to be stopped.... in one way or another.
