i used to have an amazing friend, i got along with her great and everything
she happened to see a picture of me because i showed it to her
and now she wants me to web-cam with her
because i literally can't, both my laptops dont have webcam and since both are broken anyways...
im using a library comp... they dont have webcams either, the library comps...
and because i can't do as she askes, she threw our friendship away

She pretty much said it. Throwing away a friendship for something stupid and insignificant as that is wrong. I stopped being a friend to someone after 15 yrs because I was a better friend to her than she was to me. I didn't agree with any of the decisions she makes, and she was childish and immature and I grew up. Those are good reasons.

As someone else said, she was never a friend to you in the first place then. It's stupid to throw a friendship away just because you couldn't webcam with her when it was convenient for her. You did nothing wrong here.

Sounds like a b***h to me, sorry to say. There are thousands of people who're probably looking for a friend just like you, so instead of focusing your energy on being sad, focus it elsewhere to be happy.

I kinda know how you feel, except I had a friend before I moved out who was online on here, and we lived in different countries. When I moved, I'd barely be able to get to a computer because of the internet, we have none at our trailer. She got mad at me one day, accusing me I was ignoring her, yet I told her repeatedly my lack of internet problem and job (at the time), so it couldn't be helped. She ended our friendship. I only took it lightly because it was online friendship. I'm here to chat occasionally, be friends to have people to talk to/share ideas with, but unless we have soooo much in common talk/text on a regular basis, I keep things light so I don't get hurt. Online relationships can at times just not work out for miscommunication reasons and therefore, you shouldn't worry. She chose to end it because she wasn't understanding enough for something you couldn't help. She's not a real friend to begin with.
