I know you get the toga by merely posting and it shows in your inventory but as for any others... I am not sure about that one though.

toga get right away when you do a post in the event forum while the red cup takes awhile to get as you need to keep posting stuff to get it

Getting the cup seems random, seems like it takes a different amount of time for different people.
