That's because keywords don't work.
They didn't work in the last event.
they don't work in this one.
Here is what you do.
go to the Frat Party forum.
click the Kitchen subforum link from there.
Check your inventory under items.
You don't have to post anything.
You especially don't have to post keywords.

Follow these steps to get the cup.
1. Go to the Frat Party forum.
2. Click the Kitchen subforum link.
3. Check your inventory, the cup is under the items tab.

Keywords didn't work last event and they don't work in this event.
