Well usually you have to have recipe for the secret retreat, then look for ingredients. I can not tell the prices now as the market is way too much inflated.
emotion_facepalm plus there is usually a crafting cost that can be from a few thousand gold to a million.
P.s. I don't remember what I wrote in your thread. I post in too many threads to remember them all.
