Well... they're averaging about 7K on the MP so if you really were to buy all 430 still needed, it would be just over 3 million in gold.

Alchemy ruins a sense of proportion. That no longer sounds so ridiculous? blaugh

I can't believe it. There's guy in the main Alchemy forum who was making weird comments about Level 10 alchemists being mules for Gaia artists and developers because "when some users leveled up to 10 in just a very short time after Alchemy was released, before components and formulas were even available, it's a logical conclusion that there was an advantage there." I tried to argue it with him but he's being blatantly blind. As if Brain's thread and posts were all faked or something. xp

The first Gaian to get to level 10 Alchemy was Brain Akazariua. You can see his thread in the Item Alchemy Services subforum: "Akazariua Productions - level 10". He lists what formulas he used. The components and formulas -were- available. He isn't Gaian staff. He spent over 100 million in gold and inventory, but he had it. When he got the achievement, he also got a notice saying he was the first.
The others I've seen, I've also seen their progress and seen their threads about how difficult it's been.

I've gone back through the forum posts to see what you could possibly have been talking about. Alchemy was released on August 18, 2011. A full month later, on September 19, Brain posted that he was so many points towards level 9, i.e., he was still level 8. Meanwhile others had been posting about more and more components and formulas coming out.

You are such an a**. That doesn't bother me really, because, you know, people will be asses. But it bothers me that others may believe you without checking your lack of knowledge.

If it's a Level 8 or 9 formula, I'll pay the crafting cost for up to two attempts.
If it's a lower level formula, I'll need you to send the crafting cost and I'd also appreciate a small fee of 1000 gold per level of the formula (so, 4000g if a level 4, etc.).
