What happens after I beat it?

So right now I'm just waiting for my tamer and moga energies to fill up. The next location I have to beat is the throne room, which is the final location. I just wanna know, after I beat the game, will I still be able to go back and continue battling at previous locations? Or will it just end there?

For now, it just ends. You can still fight and catch wild Mogas though.
