We will keep this post updated as we release new versions, collect new questions from the community, and learn of new bugs and issues with the game.

Known Issues in Current Version v2.45

• Sometimes players don't earn their rewards in Deals
  
• Players from Singapore who use Singtel as a data provider have issues downloading the game's content. This is a known issue with no resolution, yet. Singtel restricts data connections for some applications. There's a good chance that the app will eventually download the content but it will take hours, days, or even weeks. We're working on a work-around process for players suffering from this issue but in some ways our hands are tied. You might try getting on a connection that isn't served by Singtel, if possible. If that doesn't work, I would suggest checking our App Description every few days as I'll post a link to the work-around when we finish it.

Upon launch there will be no connection between Monster Galaxy Facebook and Monster G but there might be a way to play with Monster G mogas on Facebook in the future.

Well, I understand that we may have the Monster G Mogas into Facebook from in the future. (After all, Trufflefant looks like the evolved form of Buffant.) But what about the NPCs, storyline, and quests? Are they going to be on Facebook too in the future? I highly doubt about the world maps, but I like to know about the others I've mentioned... sweatdrop

I honestly don't know about the NPCs, storyline, and quests. I doubt we'll duplicate any of that on the Facebook side, but that doesn't mean we wouldn't use one of the iOS NPCs in Facebook if it makes sense for the story. I don't know of any plans to do that at the moment.

just one question :3 when will i be able to send the mogas from my iphone to my facebook account ?? i really want to show off my new mogas lol biggrin

Probably not until September. Also, just so you know, you won't be able to send "all" of your Mogas.

The feature isn't fully built yet, but it will pretty much function like this: there will be around 10-15 tasks (like collect 50 Mogas, beat Aries island, etc.) that once you complete you'll be able to send a Moga to Facebook that you can only get in the iOS game. Some Mogas will never be available on Facebook and others will be available via other methods (evolutions on Facebook, etc.).

Another heads up - you won't be able to choose which Mogas to send but some rewards will definitely be epics/legendarys smile

Nope. Any tasks that you already completed will be reflected in the "Rewards" feature. You'll still be able to claim all your rewards.
