Ophiuchus Island, Sinister Hood, 3-on-3 battle: Gocon

I recently figured out, on my own, how to throw out a monster in the middle of a battle. Since my Aquus was weak against Gocon, I healed my Melodee and tossed it out. When I did, two seeds came out boom, boom. I shrugged it off and attack Gocon, now I'm stuck at the spot that's supposed to be a second.... My moga attacks [short pause] enemy moga attacks. Yes! Stuck at that pause.

Closing out my game and then using "Advance Task Killer" to "kill" the app was the only way to get out of it, but it left my Birdrodent dead and Aquus injured. [and I'm out 30 Tamer health] Fix, please!!!
