Arius went home for the day, being welcomed into the castle and everything that was the usual. She was escorted to her room and lied down on her bed, looking up at the ceiling. "What is his problem..?" She asked herself in a small whisper while closing her eyes.
"God damn it!" Rija muttered under his breath. "No one has a boat, I can't leave this place unless I track thousands of miles to another city or kingdom. What am I suppose to do?!" He sighed sitting down in a pub. Once he sat down and had a drink, he over heard a group of people saying "Ok so you all know what you have to do? We meet in the back of the kingdom in one hour. Got it?" After that a few mummbles of yes came along and a group of people then left the pub. "Looks like somethings going down...."
Since it was night time now, Arius sighed lightly and took a quick bath before returning to her room and looking into the mirror. She put her hair up and sighed lightly. It would be about time for her family's royal dinner, which mean that she would have to dress up. Not feeling like going, she just sat on her bed with her dress on, staring out the window.
A group of men were at the her window but hidding so she wouldn't see. And once they got the chance they jumped in tieing her down and taking her out of the building and taking her to a wagon and they rode away leaving a note "We are going to kill this women unless you step down from the kingdom and give the power to us, the Orb Keepers." And they were long gone with in the night.
Arius kicked and shouted on the wagon, trying to get free but what unsuccessful. She wouldn't cry or scream for mercy, she'd fight her way out. Kicking at everything, she attempted to escape though there was no chance. So what number of kidnapping was this? She lost count.
Rija had fallen asleep in a nice warm wagon full of hey were he could hide and sleep at the same time as the bandits ran off. He didn't know that the very next day he would be asked to go and save this women by the king.
When Arius woke up, she was still in the wagon, hearing the bandits talk about the negotiation they made. When she got the chance, she kicked at the wagon, alarming one of them to force her down. But once he got close, she kicked him down and grabbed his knife without him knowing, hiding it so that she could use it later when it was safe.
Rija jumed out of the hey wagon and was met with a few royal guards pointing spears at him. The king behind them. "Rija I see. I have a favor to ask of you." "And why should I listen to you? Why shouldn't I just slaughter your royal guard and take your life?" "Because I have what you want. A way of this place. A boat heading towards any direction you want to go. You wouldn't want to lose that now do you?" "....." "Exactly. Now a group of bandits have taken my daughter, and held a ransim note saying if I don't step down from the king ship then they'll kill her. I eed you to ge ther back and kill the bandits." "Ok..... But I want something else along with the boat." "And that would be?" "Some gold. Enough for me to get new weapons when I leave. I'll need to get ride of the ones I have now because after the mission, they'll be covered in blood." The knig nodded and a few gurads walked over with a horse. "This is how you'll get to their base." Rija jumpped up on the horse. "Which direction?" "North." And with that he was on his way.
The bandits had finally stopped and had taken Arius to the dungen and locked her up with a lock that seemed to be unbreakable. They had a had a huge building, the bandits turned out to be a rival kingdom to hers. She wa sin the dungen of a huge castle that was surrounded with buildings. Their were guards posted everywhere making it immposseble for Aruis to escape.
Arius didn't know what else to do. They confiscated the knife and kept her under watch, which angered Arius. She gave a light sigh, staring down at the ground. "I wonder how long it will take this time..?" She mumbled, knowing that last time it took a month for her to get back home.
Rija finally made it to the city. He got off the horse and tied it down. He moved into the city quitly, it seemed nice here. Not as hot as the desert, not as rainy as the forest. Much better here. But he wasn't here for the sights. He walked through the city as he would normaly, stealing as he went. Once to the castle he relized it was going to be hard to get in.
Arius was tired and the bandits had barely fed her or gave her water. Her vision was blurry but she didn't trust sleeping around these people. She had been hurt a few times for being disobedient, but she didn't care, she was gonna find a way out even if her body was completely worn down.
Rija had moved around the towathering info. Once he made it to the castle he moved around until he found a widow leading to the dungen. He slipped in, he saw he and with what little money he had stolen he had bought a few pieaces of bread. He threw it next to her and moved out to kncok out the guards. He moved to the cell and looked at the lock and then at the bars. "Hmmm."
Everything was blurry. Arius couldn't see who broke in because she was so weak. She heard something drop next to her and felt her way around until she found some bread. Picking it up, she started to eat it after struggling to lift it up.She started to hear the guards fall, which meant that her father sent someone to save her.
"Can you hear me?" He asked in a soft vpice after checking the guards for the keys but they didn't have them. "I'm going to get you out. Its going to take some time but I'll get you out. And from what I hear you've done this before so thisn't new to you."
The voice Arius heard sounded like the guy's that she met back then. Giving a nod, she turned her eyes to the direction she heard him and tried to see him, but her eyes were too blurry. "Y-Yeah...." She could only say this as she just used all of the energy to eat.
