That was a stab to her heart. She cared about all of them, she just felt that it would be better to hide her problems and not burden them with the fact that she was weaker than Madeline. "Alright. You don't have to worry about me anymore." Shanti turned away from and walked away. The feeling of her tears blurred her sight but she would not cry. Not until she was out of the town and away from him. Her ties were broken. She was outsider. The way it should be. When she reached the city's end she finally allowed herself to break down and cry. The tears fell and she didn't wipe them away she simply let them do as they pleased. She couldn't put the blame on Aisha anymore. It had started with her but Shanti let it snowball out of control.

As much as he hated her he felt bad for her. He knew how much she cared for Chin Ho...it would crush her. He let his mind drift away from his brother and looked down at her. "It's fine Maddy. You can cry in front of me." He stepped back slightly and ran his hands into his hair. How would Madeline deal with this? "Shanti is gone....she's no longer Chin Ho's animal. I'm sorry." Would she turn to more Opium after she heard this?

"No.. It's so unattractive." It was just how she thought. She tugged on the end of her skirt slightly as he told her about Shanti.

Madeline knew that this should've bothered her a lot more than it did. "I'll be sad about this after the opium stops working and after my nap. Ah, I shouldn't smoke that stuff so early..." The terms to Madeline using Opium as she remembered it, was strictly for sleep. Otherwise, Madeline's an insomniac, she definitely did have a dependency on it but she actually did quite well without it.

"Does that mean that I'm living by myself now?" Right, wasn't that dangerous for her to be living alone at this point? Madeline hadn't lived by herself... Ever. She usually had others around her... "What's going to happen to Shanti? What happened? Was Chin Ho being a d**k again?" She bit her lip a bit. "No offense."

Anastasia didn't expect Dante and Madeline to make up so quickly. "When did he get so nice? Pfft, idiot probably grew attatched to the little whore." It was ironic that she said that because Anastasia was turned when she was twelve years old. She was literally a little whore. And she didn't want to watch that. She didn't want to see Dante getting his way and Madeline actually being happy whether it's drug induced or not. She couldn't wait to kill her.

After a while of exploring around Anastasia noticed something very interesting. Wasn't that Shanti? Crying? "Hey, what's wrong? Was Chin Ho being a jackass to you?" If someone didn't know the truth about what Anastasia did, she seemed like a cute harmless little girl. But this girl wanted a vampire only world.

Shanti perked up at the sound of her name and she found herself staring at a child, or at least she thought so. It was that girl from before. Dante and Chin Ho's creator. "Yeah. He got rid of me. I'm back on my own again." A little plan began to form in her mind and she smiled. "I want to kill him. Will you help me?" Shanti asked her, wiping away the tears with her bloody hands. "I mean you created him so you probably want to do that yourself....but I would love to get back at him and killing him...the look on his face when he knows that he's dying and it's because of me. Nothing would make me happier." In order to get in with the crazy b***h she had to act like one.

I don't know where she'll stay. I just know that she attacked Aisha and almost killed her. And you know how Chin Ho is about her and that whole not being able to control her beast. I assume they got into a fight and she left. Either she did or he wanted her to." Dante laughed at her comment towards Chin ho. "I think that they were both acting like children. Neither one of them talking things out like they should. That is what caused it. If she comes back is up to Chin Ho."

It was a joke, Madeline didn't thing being a stripper was that big of a deal... In fact, she made jokes about it all the time. At first, they used it so that she would open up more but now that she opened up more... She was probably just doing it for the sake of having something to do.

"I think it's because they didn't have sex. You know, sex is the healthiest thing anyone can do." Right, their lack of sex was the source of all their problems. If they had sex their relationship probably wouldn't be as complicated as it was. "Or that's just what I think..."

Madeline bit her bottom lip a bit, thinking about what to say next, when it hit her, again, there was a dead body behind her. "Can we.... Go somewhere else?" That body, was bothering her. The scent of blood... Madeline didn't like it that much. "I'd say we should check on your brother. But.. He needs a time out."

I heard that she was planning to betray Ronnel and go to the council and put the blame on you so that they would come after you."

After she left Anastasia's Extermination Camp, she was tossed around from vampire to vampire, she learned a lot of things, and met a lot of people. Chin Ho and Dante were a little bit different from the rest. Just a little.

"Do you want to come in?" Right, their apartment was littered with an assortment of clothing belonging to Madeline and Shanti, along with the smell of cigarettes and opium... But other than that, it was pretty decent. Plus, even if he did he would've had to have her ask that anyway... Stupid shitty vampire rules.
