Alex came running in, "mummy won't stop tickling me!" he cried happily and hid behind Brendon, Alysha walked in. "where's Alex gone? did he disappear?" she asked herself, pretending him. "oh well, he'll re-appear soon!" she said,Alex jumped out. "boo!" he said, Alysha smiled and laughed happily.

Brendon laughed. The only thing he regretted was his thoughts making him miss five years of this little boys life. He sighed, and picked up Alex swinging him around briefly and setting him down. "You're quite the little hider." he laughed.

But I'm not quite sure as to what's not there...

Alex smiled at his daddy, he just seemed to forget that he missed five years of his life. He acted like Brendon had been there foreve, "I am! I get that off mummy!" he clapped, Alysha sat down in front of them. "yes, you do!" she said.

Brendon chuckled. "I see." he said pulling Alex over to him, tickling him a little. "What's your favorite t.v. show?" he asked him, he'd mentioned t.v. earlier hadn't he? He laughed tickling him some mor.e

Alex eyes grew. Alysha looked at Alex, "Spongebob! Fairy odd parents! Everything!" Alex cheered, Alysha covered her ears as Alex ranted on about shows that he watched. Alysha just sat there smiling slightly.

Brendon just smiled and listened, making little comments about the shows he'd seen glimpses of and what not. He could sit there forever and listen to the boy talk. He sighed, and let him rant on. When he'd calmed down, Brendon smiled. "You got a lot of shows don't cha.. you should play outside more.. there's a whole bunch of things to do."

But I'm not quite sure as to what's not there...

Alex grew silent, Alysha moved his hair, "don't worry." she said, Alex looked at Brendon. "I don't go out. I don't like being away from home." he said softly, "it scares me." he muttered.

"We won't be away from home. Just five feet in front of the house.. you can make slingshots..bows... little huts. Countless things.. in the front yard." he sighed. "but I guess if you'd rather watch t.v..." he shrugged. He looked at Alysha wondering. They'd have time to talk about him later. He scooted over to her placing an arm around her shoulder.

Alysha laughed a bit, "play tig too." she said and smiled at Brendon. Alex had began to go on about what he liked to do, not caring if no-one was listening.
"Alex." Alysha said, he shut up and looked at his mother, "I love you." she said, and Alex blushed madly. "mmmuuummm!" he said and made the cutest face.

Brendon smiled. His face kinda hurt from doing it so much, but he didn't care. He was still grasping the fact that that was also his kid. His son. His Alex. A boy he knew nothing about. He sighed and had so many questions about him. What exactly was he? Apparently he ate deer. How was everybody doing? How could he miss so much in just five years.. where was he? He shook his head. Stop it. He told himself. It would all come in time. He just wanted to sit there and hug everyone. Was the boy vampire enough to live on, or no? That was the big one. He just rubbed Alysha's back and smiled at his cute red face. You really need to not think for once. He scolded himself.

Alysha kissed Brendon's cheek and looked at the fireplace, 7pm. "Guess what Alex? it's dinner time." she said, Alex looked behind him and ran to the kitchen happily. "I hope you know your going to bed after!" she shouted after him, there was a moan and laugh. Kyrie smiled softly.

Brendon shook his head with a smile. He kissed Alysha's forehead and smiled, standing and holdin a hand out to help her up. "I really missed you." he sighed.

Alysha smiled, "forget it, we have each other now?" she asked and walked to the kitchen, there were two fridges, and a freezer. "pick one then." ALysha chuckled, Alex opened the second one and his mouth fell open and he grabbed his cup and ran in the corner and held it protectivly. Alysha laughed slightly.

He nodded and followed her. He watched Alex in confusion. "What's going on?" he asked.

Alysha looked at him, "he lost his favorite cup two weeks ago, and Ruby keeps taking his drinks. So, he always does this." she said, Alex was smiling. Happily. Alysha looked behind him, "oh, we have another guest!" she said and two minutes later the door made a knocking noise. Then Alex looked worried. "Daddy. it's here" he muttered.
