"Cold..And as always, full of dead people. What are you going to do?" Vincent laughed lightly before shaking his head. "No..I take my job as a mortician very seriously. To make the dead live for just one more day..One final goodbye before a final resting place is in store for them. Not only am I a mortician, But I also help prepare the final send off. The funeral and memorial. I'm up for days on end if I have a horrible job ahead of me.."

Horrible meaning pieces.. Which he'd had not too long ago of a dismembered woman. He'd patched her up and presented her to her grieving family. Pleased to see their daughter look as though she were just sleeping. "A cornsnake..You say? That's pretty cool if I might say so myself. There's a pet store not too far away from the diner I think I was near..I got Libby's catfood from there.." Poor Libby. "Libby's not used to hunting on her own for food. But I imagine that she'll be alright. And I don't have any bodies that need to be quick to tend to."

Vincent shrugged his shoulders and watched Rory quietly. His pale lips curled into a small smile as the man moved closer. "My mother was kind of into the old..Vintage type names. She thought Vincent was old fashioned. Like my Twin sister's name..Agnes.." He laughed every time he said it. Except now.

"I'm tempted to leave. But I have a feeling that you'll suffer the backlash of my idiocy along with your fellow, Dr. Love. Besides. I'd rather rest here and get better, to take you out as compensation for ruining your meal. So in the end, it's worth it to be a good boy. Right?"

"Very noble of you." Rory wasn't sure whether or not he'd be able to do the work Vincent did. He wasn't a surgeon, he didn't cut people open or sew them back together later. He dealt with sicknesses and diseases and things like that. Thinking back on it he thought the mortician had done a nice job on his mother when she passed from cancer when he was a boy. It didn't look like she was dead, not unless you touched her and felt how cold she really was.

So, Libby was a pet cat. Lucky thing. "Thanks. I haven't seen the pet store here yet so I don't know what kind of things they have for snakes. Hopefully a small town like this has snake food." He couldn't imagine snakes being one of the more popular pets around here. Cats, dogs, fish, rodents, and birds were what people wanted; not scaly reptiles. They didn't know what they were missing out on though. It would really suck if he had to order Bartholomew's things from an online pet store.

Agnes...that name always made him think of old ladies. Which he guessed fit if their mother was going for old vintage names. "Vincent seems fitting for you.

Rory couldn't help a small smile. "That's one way to look at it. I'm glad that taking me out to eat ranks above you going home. There would probably only be a backlash if they found out I just let you leave, knowing better than that and all. Though there might be some regulation changes afterwards...and a mark on his record. On second thought, it was best to keep Vincent here. He still wished he could stick it to Dr. Love though.

"So, other than working at the morgue, what else do you do around here? ...is there even anything to do around here?"

Demetri smiled coyly and shrugged nonchalantly at Jude's questions. He took another sip of the wine, watching Jude over the top of his glass. He noted the narrowing of the other man's eyes and smiled softly, knowingly as Jude took along drink of wine. He could tell that Jude wasn't human either, but didn't point that out. Jude would reveal what he was at some point. He smirked, holding back a shiver when Jude's lips turned up into a cruel smile as he hovered.

Demetri let a brow arch as he grinned at Jude, "Oh? Force it out of me, hmm?" His lips parted a little at the cool finger pressing to his heated cheek. His body temperature was like an inferno compared to humans...but he hadn't expected Jude to be cooler than himself. Unexpected, but refreshing. Most humans couldn't touch him without pulling away like they'd been burned. He watched in amusement as Jude downed the wine, "And how do you propose to force it out of me, exactly?" His tone was curious, genuinely interested.

Demetri kept his silver gaze on Jude's eye as the man's hand slid up his chest. He let out a soft breath as the hand traveled up his throat to cup his chin, "Want a hint?" He grinned almost wickedly as he gazed at Jude, nearly shivering at the touch but holding his control a bit longer.

Lye smiled and shivered as Darren groaned, "Ah, of course. Darren's Lye can do that. I know many spreads." He moaned softly as his lover nibbled along his adam's apple, "Nnn..." He kissed back, giving himself over to the kiss after hearing Darren lick those lovely lips. He tilted his head up when Darren tugged him, getting the seer to his feet, "Okay."

He had no idea where they were going, trying to discern the energies around him even though his focus was completely on Darren. He tripped a few times as he was dragged, managing to catch himself and not trip up Darren, "Are you sure?" He felt a delighted smile spread across his face, "Oh, Darren. I want you too...I'm so sorry about the other night..." He leaned in to steal a soft kiss as his hand laced his fingers with Darren's.

He tilted his head as he 'looked' at Darren, listening as his lover's throat cleared. He flushed and tilted his head toward the floor, "I wouldn't know...but I do know that you are gorgeous." He reached up to trace Darren's lips with tentative fingers...not wanting to have to share any part of his lover with anyone.

"Trust me, my Lye..You're the most beautiful creature that I've ever come across in my life, with your red hair..your toned..Handsome body.." As soon as they were safely in the bathroom; Darren slid his fingers along his Seer's chest. He couldn't get enough. Being around the Demon Seer made him shiver with excitement. All else was forgotten.

Another growl slipped from Darren's lips as he leaned in to kiss the seer deeply. "Don't worry about last night. It's alright and it's forgotten. We have right now though, together." The young man smirked before giving Lye's hands a little squeeze. He saw the magnificent bruises he'd caused, and the welts..Gorgeous. He'd never been so violent with a lover before. Yet be so tender at the same time..

"I can't keep my hands off of you. Let me make you mine..All over again." Yes, the completion of that dress was far from his mind now.

Damian wanted to have a chance with Kole so he couldn't mess this up. He walked around to the side of the car and opened the door, "here you are" He closed the door and got into the drivers seat. "I would let you drive but unfortunately you don't know where it is." He turned the car on and the engine gently purred to life, the sound coming from the car was almost not heard because it was so quiet. He thought it weird to go to a club early too but he was trying to think of something fun to do with Kole and besides that it did take a little while to get there.
"Would you like to listen to some music? There is an ipod right there its plugged into the car, so just scroll through it if you would like I have tons of music so hopefully something you like will be on there, it takes a little while to get to the club, so just wanted to let you know." He thought about it for a little while as they pulled out of the parking lot and onto the main road. "I know it seems kind of weird to go to a club so early in the day but I wanted to take you somewhere fun, so yeah" He rubbed his head and kept his eyes on the road.

But will my hearts wish ever be granted? Or will I be haunted by that which already haunts me?....
