The souls were taking their time with their precious charge, it did no good to rush such things, in fact the Demonheart would be stronger for it. Ebion, who had been a mess of nerves for the first day, was able to relax somewhat when the souls showed him that she was healing, unfortunately time still seemed to pass to slow for him with nothing to do. It was on the third day when he felt something and moved from where he lay, taking off to scout the area, what he saw horrified him. Had he jinxed it somehow? Was fates really determined to bring his rider down? Of all creatures to be coming this way it had to be that soul snatcher! The stallion had no doubt in his mind what that monster was after, he had to warn all those souls! He dove like a bullet before he was seen, disappearing back over the hills that was still between the village and the trouble that approached it. Taking heed of Ebion's warning half the souls moved Uni to hide her, she wasn't ready yet, the rest stayed and started sparking as if in anger.
Keeper would never make it to the village, to the hills that overlooked it maybe, but no further then that. With the light show the souls were putting on, Ebion would have been hard to spot, but the stallion came into view when all attention from the village seemed to shift. A sudden vibe of fury swept over the hills, a sound of heavy crashing waves and a loud roar shook the land, something had just came out of the water on the opposite hills of where Keeper stood (I can just see this playing here
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6qAIaqK3_Q) The souls that had taken Uni out of the village came zipping over the hills to join the rest and a new light show began, almost as if they were calling. A series of roars answered and again water could be heard as if something very big was walking out of it, followed by sounds of crashes, and a massive head of a wolf topped the hills as the beast made its way around.
The beast rounded the hills and entered the valley with another roar, revealing a massive white, winged wolf, her markings matched the color of the jewel on her forehead, a jewel that looked very much, like the one Ebion's rider had. Uni continued her trek until she stood between Keeper and the village, turning her head, anger apparent in deep blue eyes. There was a sound which could have been mistaken for thunder, but it was the beast growling, a warning that Keeper had come to the wrong place. Anger, rage, fury, all could be a Demonheart's enemy, especially a Demonheart who was still young and had yet to learn how to fully control her powers, for it was these emotions that triggered this transformation. An out of control Demonheart could be just as dangerous as an out of control Soulguard, if not more so, the devastation a hybrid Demonheart could cause in their Demon form was worse then even an atomic bomb.
