"Well we could talk, admire what the earth has given us, Mic said squating down running his hand over the wild flowers.

When they finished Gina giggled. "What else is there to do around here?" she asked. She climbed a small tree with low branches and sat in it.

Vivian smiled and sat down in front of a tree. "You know, that sounded something like a hippie would say but it doesn't sound too bad of an idea," she said looking up into the tree branches to see a squirrel scurrying to the trunk.

Jaden smiled up at Gina. "We could do gymnastics or whatever. I'd probably end up falling down though," he suggested.

Mic just smiled, "In my mind it sounds like something and elf or a pixie would say. Even maybe a garden farie," he said looking up to the sky.

"Only if you want to," Gina said doing a back flip off of the tree.

Vivian smiled at this strange boy. "Sounds like you've got quite an imagination. Also, out of those three, I'd say the elf is better," she said, trying to start a conversation.

Jaden was still sort of shocked at how graceful this girl was. "Sure," he said.

"I like elfs too. They are graceful but not as graceful as pixies sadly. They have likeness about them. It's almost impossible for someone not to like them," Mic said now looking at Vivian.

"Okay come on," Gina said skipping in the direction of the meadow.

Vivian nodded and was glad they were in agreement. "They are also usually pretty intelligent. Usually wise beyond their years," she added.

Jaden followed after GIna and looked around the meadow. He had never seen this place before but it was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. "How did you find this place?" he asked.

Mic smiled he knew where he got his information but where did Vivian get her's? "So how did you gather all this information about elfs excatly?" he questioned, his smile now turning into a smirk.

"I just kind of went exploring one day," Gina said and did a few slow cartwheels as if she were on a balance beam.

Vivian raised an eyebrow, knowing she shouldn't tell exactly how. So she was going to dance around the truth. "My mother and father told me tales when I was young. They even gave me books to read. There was a lot of information on mythical creatures in the old books I received from them and other family members," she explained. "How about you?"

Jaden only acknowledged what she said with a nod then stood on his hands. Something simple he learned when he was little. However, it had been a while so he fell down on his back. He just laughed a little at this. "How are you so graceful?" he asked. This girl interested him for some odd reason.

"Your lying. I want the truth," Mic said. Another good thingselfs were good at telling if one was lying or not."You can trust me," he said with honosty in his voice.

"Gymnastics with a mix of ballet," Gina simply lied. She did a few back hand springs and ended off with a back flip. Once she landed she ran over to Jaden and pulled him over to the river. "It leads into town," she said smiling.

"Not really lying. More like hinting at the truth without giving it away completely," Vivian corrected with a smirk. She wondered if she could really trust him. Searching for any hints of lying, she decided to tell him the truth. "I grew up in a family of elves. I am an elf myself. There, happy?"

Jaden just followed Gina to the river and smiled back at her. He looked around for any signs of Vivian and Mic. "Want to go to town?" he asked.

"Yes," Mic said smiling like an idiot.

"I'll race ya," Gina said. This wouls be fun going into town. She's never actually been to town just in the woods around it. Besides her parents said they we're allowed to go to town. Gina always thought it was a high class thing.

"So you never answered my question. Where did you get your information?" Vivian said with a smile.

"Okay," Jaden said with a chuckle then started running, getting a head start. He didn't feel like playing fair this time.

"I'm an elf," Mic said simply. He looked around and saw an elder tree. He walked up to the tree and ran his fingers up and down the trunk.

"I'm gonna get you," Gina yelled running after Jaden. Once she caught up to him she leaped over him like she was playing leapfrog.

Vivian's smile grew bigger at this. She had felt some connection earlier to the boy. "I'm glad to have met another elf around here. Someone who isn't family," she said.

"Hey!" Jaden yelled and ran faster to catch up with Gina.

"I never knew there were other elfs around here. I mean besides my family. Well Gina isn't an elf she was adopted," Mic said. He climbed into the tree and sat on one of the lower branches and lookeddown at Vivian.

Gina slowed down a bit as she got nerer to the edge of the forest. She looked at Jaden and then at the town, she slowed to a walk and walked out of the forest looking at th town in awe.
