As she kissed him the boy placed his hand on her cheeks and caressed them softly before he pulled away, as she pulled the bow and arrow from underneath her bed his eyes lit up with interest. "Ah so you're training to be a huntress i see... Ill show you around the house, mistress..." He quickly jumped to his feet and opened the door for her, bowing before her as she awaited her to exit the room and close the door behind her before exploring the many halls and rooms of house Baenre....

Her brow arched as they walked down the hall, still holding her bow in hand. She wanted to be prepared, just incase someone tried anything. Her words slipped from full purple lips, spilling out like sweet water, “I am not training to be anything really…my mother taught me how to defend my self with a normal bow. This one was hers…but she gave it to me before…” Her words drifted off and a slight twinge of sorrow showed in her eyes. “Before she sent me here…” There was sadness pouring off her, and if she were on the surface right now a light rain would have started to pour from the skies above.

But forcing aside the way she felt about being stuck down here, May’riina focused more on the idea of being stuck down here…with Shurvayas. She spoke in a low voice, so others around would not hear. “So when can we go outside and play? Like…when does the sun come up?” She was still fairly confused about life down there, and getting use to it would take quite a bit of time.

"The sun? What is that, mistress?" He asked a bit confused while arching an ivory brow at her, he couldn't show his emotions now. His face was motionless and his expression was somewhat submissive, dejected. Opening the door towards the Foyer the boy stopped and stared at the large Foyer decorated with banners black banners donning the Baenre insignia, faerie fires lit the darkened halls and ornamented pillars rose from the bottom to top. The hallways extended to their left, right, and even forward. The place was gigantic. The stone floors were covered by a red carpet embroidered with gold threads on the edges as they covered most of the foyer and flowed down the hallways and into the throne room. "I will show you the mess hall and the arena first, we will most likely spend most of our time there, or at least you... As you're being trained and all, i will most likely wait on the sides and watch as you grow strong, mistress." The boy spoke softly knowing he was stepping a bit out of line yet he quickly looked around him and made his way towards the arena, the patrons looking down on him with hateful and spiteful eyes. Growling and covering their eyes as they saw him pass by, some actually pushing him away from them as they saw the fact he was a halfblood as some sort of disease even though Drow elves never, ever got sick thanks to Lloth's blessing...

When he asked what the sun was May’s heart sunk. She should have known in a place called The Underdark there would be no sun. But still, she could not help but feel a bit bitter over it. That means eventually my other powers will fade away…I will lose touch with the earth until I return to the surface and soak up the light… She had been walking at his side, not wanting to go ahead of him and take a wrong turn. But when he opened those doors, and May’riina saw the grandness everything she could not hold back a slight gasp. “This…is so beautiful. Nothing at all likes my home…” Her voice drifted off as she let him lead her through the throne room and towards the arena.

But when she watched a few push him, May’riina stopped allowing him to get a few steps ahead of her. She watched as one gave him a hard shove. And something snapped deep inside of May’riina. She did know if she was out of place, but all the same one hand shot over her shoulder and drew out a arrow. Preparing the bow in lightening speed May’riina stalked her way over and held it pointed towards the Drow’s throat that had shoved Shurvayas. “Apologize to him,” she said in a stern tone that showed she was not going to back down. But he just laughed at the young girl, along with a few others. This added fuel to her rage though, and pulling the arrow back she hissed out, “Last chance…” But he made no move except to grin down at the girl, as if he thought she was a joke. Without thinking on it again she released the arrow, sending it flying through his throat. The arrow sunk deep into his throat, and his hands shot up wrapping around it. As he struggled to breath and pull it free, blood began to gurgle up and spill over his lips.

As he dropped to the ground a few around gasped, soft murmurs breaking out among them as to who just this girl was that stood up for a half-blood. Another Drow stepped forward, bending down to May’s height. “Excuse me D'anthe just who-“ He was cut off though by a loud booming voice,. “That is my girl! I knew you were a proper Drow the moment I set eyes on you. Mark my words, she will be one of the most feared around here once she starts training.” People were no longer crowding to see the girl or body, they backed off as a tall mean looking man crossed through them without kindness at corsideration.

May turned slightly, still holding the bow in her hand. She had no emotion on her face, but in a plain blunt tone she spoke out against the crowd. “My pets are not for your pleasure…they belong to me…the next time I see a single one of you place a hand on something of mine…I will make sure you live long enough to feel the pain.”

Her father clapped a hand down on her shoulder, giving a hearty shake as he beamed with pride. “You heard her vultures so unless you want to end up like this poor fellow watch your step around her.” He patted the top of his daughter’s head and then murmured under his breath, “Now is there a nice lady out there that wouldn’t mind joining me for drinks?” A few women pushed forward, clinging to his arms and chest. After all, the Noble was good breeding stock, and almost always gave a daughter.

As May’riina watched her father head off with the women she had a look of disgust. She turned her gaze onto the crowd, which went back to what they were doing before the incident, and then her eyes relaxed when she looked at Shurvayas. “Is he going to do what I think he is going to do with those…women,” she asked in shock. A look of disgust on her face and upper lip curled slightly.

"Who do you think you are!?" A female voice boomed trough the halls as a tall female walked trough the hall wearing a long elegant gown made of the finest silks, her neck, wrists, and ankles adorns with many gold bangles and gemmed bracelets that signified she was the matron. A golden neck piece adorned with red jewels glistened under the dim lights and her ivory hair was adorned by a headpieces that resembled spider legs wrapped around her forehead with a red jewel serving as the spider's abdomen. By her hip was a whip coiled up as she reached for it and whipped the girl and her father, striking the girl on her cheek and the father in the groin. One closer at the whip's head would reveal that the heads were nothing but snakes, as they struck them both they injected a vile poison that sent a searing, burning pain that flowed trough their veins. "You know that fraternizing is strictly agaisnt the rules male!" The matron snarled as she whipped the man twice more in the groin before looking over her shoulder, signaling one of her daughter to come heal the man the girl had shot in the throat. The priestess sighed and rolled her eyes, she was rather annoyed at the fact she had to use one of her spells for such a stupid reason. She moved to the man and started to heal him as the matron stepped towards May and roughly placed her hand under her chin, raising her gaze up to hers as she hissed with frustration. "And you halfblood, you're only here because your father is a noble you understand!? You cannot go around shooting my patrons just because they treated a slave the way he deserves! A halfblood, a hellspawn none the less!" She quickly turned towards Shurvayas and whipped him furiously a few times before she growled under he breath and held her hand. Turning towards may she whipped her other cheek and coiled her whip as she walked away while growling under her breath. The boy was double over on the floor, crying out of pain as he crawled towards the wall and tried to get away from the matron. Hissing, crying as the pain shot trough his body like a thousand burning needles...

When the voice touched her ears May knew she had done something wrong. Her father might have been pleased with her show of spirit, but someone else sure wasn’t. She turned in time to see the woman, and May’s lips parted in a look of awe. She could not turn her head away as she stared at this being. So many emotions poured over the young girl, and the strongest was fear. She did not have time to react, and when the whip struck her she curled back in pain, but refused to scream. The half-blood bit into the inside of her cheek as she struggled to breathe, the pain seeming to grow stronger.

When the woman cupped her chin, May’riina moved her head with the touch. She was afraid to do anything else to anger this being after the first strike. “I am sorry,” she said within a sob. But that wasn’t how she felt. May was becoming angry, and when Shurvayas was struck she cried out in her mind, I am sorry…I did not know the rules… When the whip struck her a second time, May crumpled down to the ground holding the spot with a firm touch. Tears burned in her eyes, but also something strange had begun to happen. They were glowing a bright violet, one that stood out from her flesh tone. A burst of purple light went out, and May’s being was engulfed in what appeared to be a purple energy. It moved much like flames would, but did not have quite the same look. She did not move from the ground, but the girl was brave enough to take a peek out of the corner of her eye to see him curled against the wall. “I am so sorry,” she whispered beneath her breath. May’riina turned her gaze back to the floor though to concentrate on something other than what had just happened. That is when she noticed the energy flickering around her as she thought in a panic, oh god I have to stop doing this…but it was never this strong on the surface. Her closed tightly as she took in deep steady breathes, but nothing she did helped. Thorny vines began to creep along her arms, working their way over her body in a delicate fashion.

When she opened her eyes to see this, May let out a soft squeal. She climbed up from the ground and managed to walk over with unsteady steps. May’riina knelt by his side, whispering again. “I am sorry…but can we get somewhere that they won’t see us?” Her main reason she did not want others to watch her as she shed the vines, seeing as it would be quite embarrassing when she had to remove her robe to do such a thing.

The boy's crying quickly turned into hissing and growls that sounded bestial, unsettling and demonic. His right eye glowed with a red pulsating aura that matched his emotions along with the aura that permeated the air around him. Even though the boy and he had a collar of command around his neck, the fact his aura was so vile and corrupted disturbed a few of the patrons as they quickly moved away trying to avoid the child's wrath. Forgetting his magic was suppressed. Or so they thought. Seeing the hallway was clear the boy had a vile look in his eyes, he quickly grabbed her wrist and slipped into the shadow plane with her. The welcoming shadows now covered them and quickly the boy let go of her wrist and let out a furious roar that caused his demonic aura to grow even stronger, permeating the air around him with a dreadful and unfathomable feeling of death. It was the poison coursing trough his veins. Taking deep breaths the boy slowly started to calm down, quelling the demonic rage that took over as his aura died out, sweating, growling softly under his breath. The boy finally calmed down and sat on the dark inky shadows and faced May'rinna with a pained look in his eyes. Silent, feeling embarrassed of the fact she saw such a violent act of rage. He couldn't help it, it was part of his bloodline. Suddenly his head started throbbing, the boy grabbed his head and growled as the horns on his forehead slowly started growing a bit more and his left eye glowed red like the right. The fit of rage caused him to go trough changes he should've gone long ago yet were stunned by the collar around his neck. The small horns now were a few inches longer, flowing elegantly backwards and his eyes were now the same. Black and gold. Holding his head the boy growled as the pain slowly died away, He was becoming more and more like a true shadow demon...

She moved forward once they were hidden on the shadow plane May’riina stepped towards him. Her hands touched her chest, and May’riina sank down to her knees. She bowed her head to hide the look of shame and bright red marks from the whip that stood out on her deep lilac colored cheeks. “I am so sorry…I should not have let my emotions get the better of me…” She buried her face in her hands; not wanting Shurvayas to realize that she had began to cry. The vines were still moving slowly, wrapping around her limbs and torso beneath the robes, a few even snaking up around her throat. She started to shift uncomfortably, but the thorns snagged on the silky cloth and left a few tears in her robes. Never had she suffered from this much energy over coming her, nor had her vines had thorns before but she figured that was simply because of being out of the sun for so long.

He had already gone trough enough pain, he needed her. Even though her body was covered in in thorns he wrapped his arms around her and held her close. The pain the thorns caused him was nothing compared to the pain the poison from the whip and the changes he just went trough, hr held her close. Tightly. "You don't need to apologize..." The boy spoke in a rather deeper voice than he had before, it was slightly deeper, darker. "It shows me how much you truly care about me, and if you're hurt because of me. I wont mind enduring pain to be with you either. Its all worth it, as long as i get to have you in my arms..." The boy spoke as the pain from the thorns slowly vanished, he was a demon. His pain threshold was greater than most creatures as his kind endured the fires from the abyss for ages. It was naturally part of them. For a moment he wished he could wrap his wings around her, protect her from the outside world with his very flesh. But he couldnt, perhaps his arms were more than enough at that moment...

As his arms encircled her, May’riina felt her heart calm. The tears stopped streaming down her face, but still she sniffled and whimpered, feeling fairly frail. She tipped her head back to gaze up at him, a bit surprised by the change of tone. That was the first time she looked into his eyes, seeing they had changed. Her gaze drifted up along his horns, and May could not help but stutter out “Y-y-you changed…” A pink tint graced her face, and May’riina couldn’t help but feel a bit more attracted to him because of this change.

Her hair raised and brushed against one of the horns, and closing her eyes May’riina murmured under her breath, “Promise you will always be with me? You wont leave me alone with these people...” She stepped back so that she could gaze up into his eyes without having to crane her neck. May brought her hands down to her hips, grabbing up handfuls of the robes. As she raised them over her head the girl let out a slight shiver, still not use to the chill. May dropped the silk robes to the ground, standing there in only thorny vines. Her hands began to brush across them, the glow causing them to shrivel and shrink away. As they fell away little by little May’riina was left in the bare.

Shurvayas nodded as he let out a nervous chuckle, wondering if she meant it in a good or a bad way. The fact he slowly turned into a demon worried him a bit, he knew his kind was often looked like monsters, vile blood thirsty creatures. And at times he was no different, his rage always was endless when incited and quickly took over him, sending him into a blind berserk state that would surely slay anything in his path if given a chance, or the proper tools and training. As she parted from his embrace he felt the thorns that sprouted from her body leave his flesh and tug on it, blood slowly flowing from the wounds as it permeated the air around him with the scent of his vile fluid. Wetting his finger in the blood the boy drew a small rune on his arm and watched as it slowly healed his wounds and pushed the poison out of his system. Not realizing she was bare now as he raised his gaze and noticed her naked figure. Stuttering, the boy looked down and blushed. "I-I promise mistress, i shall never leave your side...."

A smile graced her lips, for she believed that he would stick by his word. But something did displease her. She did not enjoy being called Mistress, nor did she expect him to do such a thing while they were in private and unseen by prying eyes. “Will you stop that,” she said with a light sigh. “I am not your Mistress when we are alone…I am just May, at the most May’riina. But not Mistress…” She moved forward so her body brushed against his. Her hand resting gently on his cheek and an adoring look appearing on her face. The change had been gradual, but it was enough to send shivers of pleasure down her spine.

Standing on tiptoe May’riina kissed his chin just below those tempting lips. Her eyelids sliding closed as a throaty purr sounded out. “Why do you try and look away from me,” she asked in a gentle way not wanting to frighten him. Her hand lowered from his chin, and draping her arms around Shurvayas’ shoulders she leaned into his embrace, nuzzling her cheek to his chest.

"Ah... Y-yes dear. I'm sorry May. I just do it out of habit, and i dont want my words to slip in front of the wrong people and cause us trouble..." He replied with a dark enthralling tone about his voice that he wasn't aware of, his voice was now dark yet pleasing to the ear as he spoke in such a way it was hard not to do so. As her hand cupped his cheek he peered deeply into her black orbs with his demonic eyes noting the soft blush on her cheeks. It made him smirk. Feeling her lips touch his skin the boy rubbed the back of his neck and realized she was still bare. He tried to look away yet he couldn't help but stare into her eyes. He focused in them and peered deeply in them this way he couldn't see her naked figure, it caused him to make deeper desires to emerge in a way he hadn't before. Yet she embraced him shortly after she asked, as she wrapped her arms around his shoulders he couldn't resist but wraps his arms around her bare waist and shudder, pressing his lips against the top of her head as he allowed his eyes to shut and enjoy the feeling of her company. "Well... You're beautiful this is true, and when i look at you i cant get my eyes off you. But i just cant help it, its a habit..." He whispered as he relaxed in her arms...

A soft sigh slipped out, her heart pounding deep inside her chest. The sound of his voice made each word sweet as nectar to her ears. She wished to take that nectar from the source, to live upon only his love. But an eerie feeling dawned on May. She knew deep down that was not how things were done down here. How am I going to live in a place that has no light…will I just go on till my mind leaves me, sending me into a broken state of despair… As frightened as she was, May’riina could not help but feel safe next to Shurvayas.

With his arms around her, and the small show of affection from him kissing her forehead. She stepped closer so that her body was pressed tight against his. Her head bowed slightly so that she could rest her forehead to his chest. “While we are alone, I would prefer you treat me not as your mistress…but as you are my…” She was about to say lover, but a burning blush brought a bright color to her face. Her embarrassment shutting her up right away.

As she stepped closer the boy's eyes widened, his arms around her waist tightened the embrace as he listened to her words and realized they were cut short, his lips parted for a moment as he wondered what she tried to say but he couldn't look in her eyes. She had buries her face in his chest, yet her cheeks had a rose coloration to them. Was... Was she blushing? The bow slowly ran one of his hands along her back in a loving gestures as he trailed his way up to her hair, running his fingers between her ivory locks as he finally dared to as the question. "To treat you as if i was your what dear?" He wasn't sure what she would ask, but it was obvious it was not as a slave. Perhaps as a friend? A guardian? He wasn't sure. But he was dying to hear it...
