The Lost Ones 1-on-1 ((FULL))

He followed her out of the cave. A loud hiss escaped his lips as he stared up at the brilliant sun. "The world seems much brighter than I remember." Looking at the beach, he frowned...he did not remember this. Though his memory was somewhat foggy. Looking over to his master, he moved behind her, stopping when he saw the cars going past on the highway. "What strange beasts," he whispered. "Master, what are those things?"

Mia tilted her head at him. "Really? That's not funny. My name is Mia. Call me Mia," she said. "And those are cars. You know..." she jingled her keys in front of her. "To get around in. Where do you live? Do you need a ride home?"

"Cars?" He looked back at the steel beasts and then to the keys which she jingled in front of her. Did that somehow allow her to control the beasts? "I live where you live, master. That is part of the bond." Upon saying this he held up his right hand. An intricate design had formed on it, but it was only half of the design. Grabbing her left hand, he held it up so that she could see the other half of the design was on her hand. "See? Our bond is now complete."

Almost instantly she felt a pull on herself. Looking at him, she felt her chest go hot. And then she knew...somehow she just knew, this wasn't a joke. It was real. He was real. And he was hers.

"I'm in so much trouble..." she said slowly. Looking down at him she blushed. "Ok...clothes...clothes are good." She started to her car, waving for him to follow. Pushing a button her her keys, the doors unlocked and she got in.

He stood outside the car where she had gotten in. "You...climb inside the beast?" Was he mistaken? Was it not alive? How could that be? No carriage could move that fast without a beast to pull it.

"Get in," she said and opened the door for him from the inside.

He looked curiously at it once more. However, his master beckoned. Sliding into the seat, he watched as she pulled at the door to shut it. "This is indeed a strange...car?"

"Actually, it's normal...you are not." She started it and drove towards home. She stopped when she got to a clothing store. Looking at him she made a rough estimate of his size. "Under no circumstance are you to leave this car until I get back, ok?

"I will be of little help to you inside this car," he told her. "But if that is what you command, than I shall obey."

She got out rushing inside the store, she instantly started grabbing things for him. Underwear, shorts, jeans, shirts, and anything else he would need. Paying it she sighed. There went all the money she had saved for spring break. Not that it would have mattered much anyways. She carried the large bags to the car and put them in the back then drove home.

She gave him the bags then walked upstairs to her apartment. Walking in, she looked around her clean place. It was only a one room place. Open kitchen and the living room and bedroom shared the same space. The only door in the room was for the bathroom. She showed him where to put the bags and pulled him to the bathroom. Turning on the shower she grabbed the shampoo.

"Use this for your hair." Grabbing the soap. "And this for your body." Setting them down she sighed. "Any problems...just call me ok?"

She shut the door and left him in there. This was going to be a long day.

He looked at the water and then to the shampoo and soap. After taking off his loincloth he proceeded to wash himself off. This contraption...it was amazing. It was unlike anything that he had seen before. The water came out from the wall, and it was warm without fire to heat it. "This is indeed a strange world," he whispered. Once he was washed off, he stepped out of the shower. Looking at his dirty cloth, he shook his head and exited the room without drying off or having anything to cover himself.

"How do you stop the water?"

Mia had just finished changing. "Oh just turn..." She turned to him. "Oh my God!" she screamed and quickly turned her back to him while turning bright red. Grabbing a towel she threw it behind her. "Wrap that around your waist! Now!"

He caught the towel. Looking at it he did as she said and wrapped it around his waist. "Very well," he told her. "Now how do I make the water stop?"

Mia slowly turned around. Going over to him she showed him out to turn it off then on then off again. "It's simple." Going to his bag of clothes she pulled out some things for him and showed him how to put them on then pushed him back in the bathroom to change. While he did that she started on dinner.

After a few moments he managed to put the clothes on. The garments were strange and felt weird, but his master had bought them for him so he would wear them as she wished. Exiting the bathroom, he sniffed the air, his stomach growling. It had been a few centuries since he'd last had food, so needless to say he was hungry. "What is that heavenly smell?"
