Sharad sauntered into class, late as usual. He glared a bit at the teacher, Mrs. Suki, then sat down in his chair. He looked around and picked out a new face: a girl, not many years younger than him, that had joined class not long ago. He folded up a note into a makeshift glider and threw it in her direction, unnoticed in the chaos of the class. It hit her squarely in the back.

She smiled as she saw sharad walk into class she had sorta liked him since last week.When she felt the note hit her in the back she picked it up and opened it to read it.

(Meet me at lunch, at the entrance. Or something.)

Sharad looked up at Ms. New Student and grinned a little. He had been crushing on her for a little while... and she didn't have any friends yet, apparently. He had never seen her at the mall or the sushi shop across the street, the one that everyone went to. He leaned back in his chair and waited for school to end by itself. He checked his watch: 8:32. Great. Another 6 hours till school's out.

She smiled lightly and hid the note into her bag and she waited till around lunch got her tray and waited near the entrance by the tree where she normaly ate lunch at.She smield when she saw him

"Hey! What's up?" He smiled at the mystery student. "Forgive me for being rude. You've been in our class for a week now, and we haven't introduced ourselves. My name is Sharad. What's yours?" He pulled an extravagant bow.

She smiled lightly as she curtseyed to him"My name is angel but my close friends call my kitten or kitty"she said kindly as she sat back down"It is nicve to meet you care to sit withme"she asked kindly

"Angel? A pleasure to meet you." He sat down next to her and opened his notebook.
"So what do you like about the school so far? Anything interesting happen?"

"Well I would have to say the art class"she said with a light smile"But nah nothign exciting"she said kindly as she soon finished her salad and took out her sketchbook from her bag and began sketchign out the scenery she was looking at

Sharad chuckled.
"Oh, you're also an artist!" My luck. "I like to draw, also. Mind if I look at your book? You can look at mine, if you want." He pulled out his sketchbook, filled with drawings of ancient weapons and mythological gods and creatures, as well as still life.

She smiled.He was the first person she had ever showed her sketch book to.SHe blushed slightly"Here"she said kindly and handed him the sketchbook with a light smile.As she flipped threw his book she smiled in awe."These are amazing way better then mine could ever be"she said smiling

"Oh no, not at ALL!" He looked with admiration at the beautiful art adorning the pages of Angel's book. Grand sketches of waterfalls, tree-lined parks, and fields of flowers flipped through his hands as he turned the pages. "This is... incredible! How did you get to visit all these places and get a chance to draw them all?"

She blushed lightly"To be hoenst I have only been to 3 places drawn in that book the rest is pictures i have painted from stories I have read orjsut things of my own mind"she said honestly handing him back his sketch book when some guy came and took hers from her once she was handed it back."Oh look the littleprincess can draw"he joked and taunted."Give me back my book I warn you"she growled

Sharad laughed, then looked up quizzically as a large shadow appeared on the sidewalk and took Angel's book straight out of her hands.
Sharad stood up and faced the bully squarely.
"You're messing with the wrong person, Yamo. You know that."
He tried to pry the sketchbook out of the bully's hands, but was intercepted by a punch to his gut.
Sharad doubled over, then took a breath and stood up. The idiot Yamo was leafing through the sketchbook. He apparently decided to tear a page out... but he never really got there. A resounding punch from Sharad cracked against his temple and sent him thudding to the ground.
"Easy peasy." Sharad handed the book back to Angel, and took her hand.
"We should go somewhere else. Follow me."

She smiled lightly as she was given back her book."Thank you that was very kind"she smield and when he took her hand she blushed bright pink as she then followed quickly behind him

As they ran across the street to the ice cream parlor, he felt Angel's hands clam up a little. He laughed a bit, and as they reached the sidewalk at the opposite end, he put his arm around her.
"That was hilarious!" He looked at her, and they burst into laughter.
