Indeed, Hillrose has always been considered quiet, subtle and peaceful. Seemingly enough, it's always been a small town only consisting of a population under a thousand or so civilians. Since it's establishment, it's grown to have a high class for it being such a small suburb. It was always free from any kind of strife until 2008 when the first major crime happened. As an article that was issued back then, everyone in town was surprised, also knowing of this male named Tony. It was hurtful hearing that someone around the area, maybe even a resident in the town could have done such a crime as this, and the town seemed to be silent since then. The schools were safe, the little family shops were secured, and everyone's houses were very well watched by local police. Of course the tension died down about a year or two later.

This town isn't perfect though like it used to be. Since the murder, the good people moved away in fears of it becoming a bad area, and the shady ones came rolling in with cheap dirt in their hands. Drugs distributed through the town in the shadows, there were gangs formed, and the schools became war zones. Shops closed, abandoned buildings, and the town just became downright terrible. It's a typical town now. The murder was never solved, and the story goes on. Drama around every corner, and everything in chaos in it's own way.
