Kette nodded still slightly unable to breathe, Klaus refusing to detach from him. "Yeah-... Myfi, Lance, Sylryl, and Casticus." He pointed to each as he spoke their names. He looked at Myfi, "This is Orchid........ and... Klaus." He rubbed his forehead motioning behind him.
Sylryl began to giggle uncontrollably. "I figured there were some things you werent telling us Kette."

Myfi tipped her head to the side curiously, not quite understanding what Sylryl was implying. She instead turned to Orchid, curtsying and whispering, "It's nice to meet you..."
Orchid giggled at the girl. "No need for formalities. A friend of Kette's is a friend of ours. Oh! It appears you may be in need of new clothing?" she said, lilting voice sounding surprisingly cheery.
"Uh," said Myfi nervously. "If it isn't to much on an inconvenience...."
"Of course not!" laughed the vampiress. "Well, come in! Come in!" She brushed her skirt with her hands, lifting it slightly as she ushered them through the castle gates.

Upon hearing that the young girl needed clothes Klaus let go of Kette chasing after Orchid, "I want to help!" The vampire twirled around on his heals completely exstatic that they had company.
Kette groaned following them inside with Sylryl following suit. "Poor little Ketté.." She smirked.

Casticus rolled his eyes. He looked over at Kette, cocking an eyebrow and tipping his head towards Klaus. "Friends with benefits?"
Myfi felt awkward getting so much attention from the two people she had never met. "Th-thank you..." she managed to say, suddenly being dragged away by the two vampires. The main hall of the castle was large and cavernous, lit by a large gothic looking chandelier. Two sets of steps curved into a C lead to the upstairs while several doors on their left and right led to other rooms of the large castle.

Kette growled glaring at the other, "Shut the hell up!" Sylryl smirked chuckling to herself. Kette was turning a lovely shade of angry pink. Lance was slowly starting to catch on and smirked.
"Oooooh I see what's going on here..." Kette promptly dug his knuckles into the top of the boys head.
"Stop trying to sound smart."
Klaus was laughing happily following Orchid and Myfi

Orchid quickly lead the girl upstairs to her room, calling out behind her, "You can all wait wherever you'd like. Try not to wander far. The castle is large and rather difficult to navigate." They disappearred into a room along a long hallway upstairs.
Casticus crossed his arms, looking around and eyeing the Victorian gothic style castle. The chandelier hanging over head cast a warm glow on them, making reflections in the dark floor. "Well now what?" he said tiredly.

Kette wandered around the room resting his hand on a large oak door. Slowly he pushed it open and stepped into the dinning room. It had since been cleaned back up. All the blood washed from the walls and floor, and the glass dome ceiling, repaired. All the memories that came rushing back were almost to powerful forcing the demon to lean against the nearest wall for support.
"Sir are you alright?" A young girl had appeared beside him resting her palm on the sleeve of his coat. He looked into her eyes for only a moment and he felt a tiny smile come across his face. She looked to only be about twelve but her vampire fangs told Kette otherwise. Her vibrant seafoam hair was tied behind her in a white lace ribbon and fell to the middle of her back curling at the tips. Her eyes were quite large and innocent and soft shade of lavendar. He finally responded.
"I'm alright." He reassured her but she did not let go of his sleeve.
"You're lieing! I'm not a kid you know." She frowned causing her cheeks to puff cutely.
"Olivia!!" A woman came stomping towards her looking angry, grabbed her by the ear and back-handed her across the face. "I told you to scrub this floor til it shines! I want to see my reflection in this floor do you understand?!?!" Tears were forming in her eyes.
"Yes ma'am."
"Now get to work and stop dawdling!!" The woman didnt even notice Kette and stomped back across the room slamming the door behind her. The little girl rubbed her cheek with tears streaming down it. Kette felt terrible for getting her in trouble and kneeled down to be eye level with her.
"You ok?" She choked back a sob.
"y-.. yeah." But before she could react he had gently taken her hand away from her cheek and replaced it with his own.
"Hold still." His palm began to drip with water as he releaved the pain on her cheek. She froze eyes getting large and still slightly teary.

Casticus looked over at Sylryl and sighed, running a hand through his hair and pushing it back from his forehead. "Can I ask you something?" he said, his voice softer than normally, bordering on actual compassion. "Why did you choose to follow us...? You could have just gone home if you had chosen to..."

Sylryl only laid her arms across her waist and gazed at the beautiful tapestries along the walls. "I'm looking for the same thing he is." She was talking about Kette. "But I've been looking for far longer than he has."
The little vampire servant girl felt her cheek as soon as he let go. She was surprised to see that it didnt hurt. She was shocked beyond words. Kette only smiled and laid his hand on her head. "You're welcome." He stood up to walk out leaving her standing and watching him leave.

Casticus was silent, simply examining the elf. He decided not to press the subject, not wanting to bring up any painful memories of hers.
Myfi looked around, exitting the room, Orchid smiling behind her, still adjusting a ribbon on the dress. "You look adorable," said the vampiress with a small laugh. She quietly thanked her, moving down the stairs. She was nervous, not used to being all dressed up. The dress was a pale blue, coming down to her knees with two layers of simple ruffles at the bottom. The sleeves were short, barely coming past her shoulders and the collar was a creamy lace color, almost looking aged in a graceful way. A dull brown red ribbon was tied about her throat and lace stocking ran up her small legs. "Kette...?" she called shyly.

Klaus followed behind her, "Oh my God Myfi you're soooo cute!"
Kette glanced up at her voice and felt his body freeze. "M.... Myfi?" His mouth hung open slightly as his face turned a slight pink. Suddenly he could move again and raced up the stairs to take her hands unable to stop staring at her.
Klaus noticed that he was staring at her and smiled devilishly. "I propose a ball to celebrate our guests!!" The vampire couldnt help himself looking back at Orchid.

Myfi blushed bright pink, looking down. Her small hands tucked between his larger ones gently. "Thank you...." she whispered, looking up at him shyly. The lacy blue ribbon in her hair fell down her silvery grey hair.
Orchid smiled softly at Kette and Myfi, recognizing his nervousness and seeing his blush. She simply smiled, something deep within her pricking her with loneliness.

Klaus smiled broadly watching Kette and Myfi. "It will be tonight and you're all invited. "Olivia!" He called, the girl came running from the dinning room still holding her cheek. Lance's mouth fell open as he gazed at the young girl. "Please, escourt our guests to their rooms, my dear." The little girl hesitated gripping her fist at seeing Myfi and Kette together. Suddenly she snapped out of it and curtsied to her lord.
"Yes, Sir" she raced up the stairs taking Kette by the sleeve and dragging him down the hallway, being exceptionly strong. Kette yelped weakly being drug by a little girl. Lance tried to squeeze his way past Casticus and Sylryl trying to get closer to Olivia.

Myfi jumped, Kette being suddenly pulled from her grasp. She clasped her hands daintly to her collar, watching the small girl curiously. Casticus groaned inwardly. They were going to make him dress up. And dance. This was not good.
Orchid leaned against the wall, watching Klaus. She seemed to be unfocused, as if deep in thought and not in the world around her. Her face was expressionless and her silver eyes half-lidded.

The little vampiress pointed to a room just off the hall for both of the girls, then led the demon, knight, and kelpie further down the hallway pointing for Casticus and Lance to share a room and then led Kette to the room farthest from the first. She didnt let go of him, bearly saying a word as she drug him inside. Kette really didnt understand why she seemed so attached to him. She finally stopped as she opened to the door allowing him to soak in the appearence of his quarters. The walls where rich blue with silvery trim and a huge four-poster bed in the center, surrounded by peices of furniture and large regal looking paintings and beautifully crafted swords on each wall. Kette could not deny Klaus had style.
Sylryl entered the room not waiting for Myfi to follow. The room was a glorious shade of ruby red, and large enough to be a small house. It was trimmed in rich gold and sported two four-poster beds, covered with velvet blankets and satin sheets.
Klaus was skipping around the castle completely absorbed in sending out his little messanger bats with parchment scrolls tied with a beautiful red ribbon, bearing his invitation to his biggest ball yet. "It will be the most glorious masquerade ever!" He took Orchid by the hands and began to pretend waltz her down the halls. "Every one will come!" No one dared miss out on one of Klaus's masquerades, and to be invited was a thrilling honor.
