“Assignments on my desk.” Ciar informed him as he took the piece of paper. “Thanks Laz.” He sighed before, rushing to go to the hotel. A shot to the arm? His sister had gotten shot in the arm? And scratches too? He narrowed his eyes as he sped up, oh she was going to get an earful.
Chraizhel blinked back at the nonstop knocking on her door, she looked at Saber who was eyeing the door for a moment and suddenly looking disinterested as she curled herself up in a ball. “Saber?” She raised a brow, the tigress only yawned, she pressed her lips together, well that was unusual, usually the tigress would be ready to pounce by now. She had to grimace upon seeing her brother’s not so happy expression. “Dillan…” She greeted with a wince, not the ideal reunion she wanted.
Ciar grabbed her wrist as he inspected her for any injury. “What are you doing here?” Ciar said rather dangerously, his eyes narrowed.
Chraizhel smiled at her brother rather calmly. “Is that the welcome I get?” She asked as she ran a hand through her brother’s hair. “It’s been three years Dillan.” She mumbled her eyes saddening.
“Chraizh! You shouldn’t be here!” He hissed. “It’s dangerous here!”
Chraizhel smiled at him. “I missed you Dillan.” She whispered.
He will not sway, he will not sway, she shouldn’t be here at all. It is way too dangerous compared to their home. “Chraizhel..” Ciar looked at her quietly shaking his head. “It’s too dangerous here…”
Chraizhel closed her eyes as she wrapped her arms around him. “I’ve missed you Dillan.” She mumbled.
Ciar had to groan in defeat as he wrapped his arms around her kissing her hair, he couldn’t resist it’s been three years after all since he has last seen her, since she has been in his arms. When almost every night they would cuddle. She was his other half after all. “Silly Chraizh..” He sighed. “You should go back home.”
“Too late, I’m going to your school starting tomorrow.” She informed him.
Ciar gaped at that. “WHAT?!” He looked at her in disbelief. “Chraizh! You can’t be here!”
Chraizhel merely smiled at him. “I am staying.” She informed him. “I haven’t been with you for three years. I can’t Dillan, that’s far too long. You are my other half, so we will be together no matter what.” She informed him.
“Chraizh…” Ciar said exasperated. “You already got attacked!” He exclaimed.
Chraizhel had to grimace at that. “I was hoping that you wouldn’t find out.” She mumbled as she took his hand. “Tea?”
“Chraizh..” Ciar frowned at his sister.
“I also made some red velvet cake.” She cooed as she dragged her brother.
“Chraizhel, listen to me.”
“Oh and I can make you some caramel tea.” She said sweetly, she missed her brother and she knew that she had won the argument. Ciar wont refuse her.
