that night, it was pretty dark. It was even difficult for a Demon to see in the darkness, it was a defense mechanism from Adam, he was able to keep it dark enough that if Demons came in to try to kill them they wouldn't be able to see. Only Adam could see perfectly. Chrono was on the roofo f the house since the inside was too hot for him. Kanon and SOphie were sleeping together and Adam was having dreams about Kanon and Sophie as children, some were nice, some were.... odd. Kanon was laying next to Sophie with his eyes open, unable to sleep. Kanon bgan to play with Sophies hair, he took a few strands of it and bit it. He felt a little like a child but it was a way he showedh is affection. Joshua was outside with Quinci. Quinci was holding his hand, smiling at all the carnage and destrucion. When Marian was awlking outside, she saw children runninga round in hoodies with scarves covering their noses and mouths. She could tell they were Demons since Demons had natural dark lines under their eyes and their nails were a natural purple colour. One child ran by, a girl with thin bleach blonde hair in tiny bigtails ands he saw the girl had te cross brand on her face, it was on her left eye, forcing it shut. She was holding a long leash that had a large dog on the other end of it with a spiked collar on it. It was a darkbluish gray black colour, it was hard to describe it, but its head was upside down. Its tongue was hanging outo f its mouth but you could seet eh bottom of its tongue and its teeth were crooked and different sizes. Its tail was split in two at the tip. It also had five legs with six toes on each. It was a disturbing animal, clearly one of Hazzards creations. The children were carrying cords, boxes, sling shots, and she saw one with a taser. The children were at least twelve. Oneo f them took a tiny red ball in a slingshot and shot it at a police officer and the officers head exploded! Marian had ateh scent of Demon on her because of Joshua so she was in no danger.

Sophie looked so innocent as she slept. It was as everything in the world bad vanished. By Kanon just looking at her he thought that. She flipped over on her side where they were spooning. Adam stood at his window looking out after waking up. He looked around and saw noone. Quincy saw Marian and ran over to her. She picked him up and kissed his cheek /Hows my baby?/ she asked with a giggle.

Kanon got bored after a few minutes and got up, managing to keep Sophie from waking up too. He came into Adams room. He appeared next to Adam. Adam didn't notice him at first, but when he did he scared him from suddenly popping up like that. Kanon smiled "is it alright if i devour your daughter?" he asked him, by devour, it was a term used by Demons to symbolize marriage or owning the other persons soul. Adam saw his eye colour change from blue to green. It was weird to watch, it was like seeing milk be poured into a bowl of water, it was almost smokey when his eyes changed colour. Kanon hugged Adam and bit his ear just to irritate him. Quinci smiled "mama!" he giggled, playing with her hair. Joshua was nowhere in sight and the children had ran off out of sight too, leaving only Marian and Quinci. Chrono had left the house by then. He was in the city when he found Marian and Quinci. "Mexican!" Quinci giggled, reaching out to Chrono. Chrono sighed "im not f**king mexican..." Chrono mumbled and looked at Marian "i would seriously appriciate it if you went back to the house" he said, pushing her back to the house. Chrono thought about how bad Sophie would feel if anything happened to Marian and Chrono felt like he was starting to like Sophie like Kanon did. Kanon could feel that Chrono was starting to like her too so he was cautious. Hazzard appeared in the room that Sophie was in and satd own on the floor next to where she was sleeping. He stared at her "the perfect being, huh?" he said quietly and both Kanon and Adam sensed he was there. Not waiting for Adams response to his question, Kanon ran out and grabbed Hazzards arm beforeh e could touch Sophie

Adam looked at Kanon and pushed him away lightly /Youre going to propose?/ he asked looking at Kanon. It was only a normal fathers reaction /I suppose I could give you my approval/ he said looking back outside. Sophie woke up in an instant when she heard Hazzard and pulled out a gun from under her pillow and pointed at him. Marian giggled and rubbed Quincys head / alright you lets go home/ she said with a smile and they went home. Sophie had no idea Chrono started liking her. She couldnt tell like Kanon did.

Hazzard smiled, having his forearm crushed by Kanons hand and having Sophie pointing a gun at him was exciting. "good morning, sunshine" he said, Kanon didn't respond. Chrono made sure they got home safe but he sat in a tree, thinking about Sophie and it drove him crazy. The stress from it gave him a headache

Sophie blinked when Hazzard said that and looked at Kanon. Adam was standing at the door with his arms crossed and leaning on the doorway just watching /Alright enough, kanon let go and Hazzard leave/ he said and they did so. Sophie walked next to Kanon with her hands in her jacket pockets. She looked around and yawned and when they got home she went upstairs and fell asleep in bed.

Kanon didn't completely understand why Sophie was distant but he thoughti t was better not to ask. Days passed and the uprising continued but it wasn't as bad. Everyone still lived together and Kanon and Sophie were married but they didn't have rings to show it, they had markings on them to show that htye were married. Her nails had turned red and his did too from the normal purple colour of a Demons. Kanon was leaving the house, he hugged Sophie and gave her a machien gun "if a Demon comes in that you dont knowj ust shoot them" he smiled. Quinci had brought Taiisha over for the day. They ewnt to the kitchen and everyone was eating together, Kanon was gone by then. The table was only so big that the only empty chair was Kanons. Next to his was Sophies, across Sophie was Holly. Next to Holly was Ichigo, across from Ichigo was Fiore, nex to Fiore was Marian, across from Marian was Joshuas chair and next to Joshua was Quincis chair. The others, Ring, Pick, Erd, Zoro, and a robot neko girl about Hollys age just stood up and ate. The neck girl was cute, she was dressed like a maid since Fiore needed extra help aruond the house. She had long curly dark brown hair that looked black that touched the foor with cat ears and big red eyes and was expressionless and her voice was weird, it was muffled and sounded like a loud whisper and was hard to understand sometimes but they got used to it. Taiisha couldn't understand her at all. THey had named her NekoBell. NekoBell had originally been a present for Sophie. NekoBell stood next to Erd as he drank some soda

Sophie was sitting in the living room on a recliner. It faced the door and there on her lap was the machine gun. She waited knowing someone she and the rest of them didn't know was going to burst through the door. She leaned back and soon enough about three large black beings cane through. Sophie cracked her neck and knuckles "Hi there" she said and stood up "You mad a wrong choice boys" she began to shoot. They soon were all dead and Sophie had black blood splattered on her clothes and face. She made Marian go to the basement with Fiore and Nekobell so that the kids were safe. There was another wave coming so Sophie grabbed three belts of ammunition. Two around her chest and one around her waist. She kicked all the sofas and tables over so they could he used for protection. "bring it on f*ckers" she said with a smirk and soon Marian heard shooting.

Kanon came home after an hour or two and saw the mess. "goodness" he walked over to Sophie, who had fallen asleep on the couch, and wiped the black off her face. "silly" he chuckled and happily sat next to her where there was room, by her feet. He happily played with her hair until she woke up. Holly, Ichigo, Quinci, and Taiisha were playing with the dead bodies of the creatures, giggling and covered in black
