A small sigh escaped the females lips as she pulled her hand away from the males who was walking beside her. This wasn't going to end well, and she knew it which made her stomach grumble even though she had just ate, it was grumbling from knowing the inevitable of the night. Stopping on the sidewalk the female turned to the tall, white haired male with short spiked red hair, her eyes needing to look up at him since she was a mere five foot four and a half, and he was almost six foot one. ''Quin, I can't do this anymore'' she said, making eye contact and not breaking it. Eli wasn't able to handle being Quin's girlfriend anymore, and the sad thing was it had only been two months and she wasn't already able to handle him. What was frightening her the most was his unreadable facial expression, the reason she was breaking up with him because of his uncontrollable temper which normally ended up with him breaking some kind of glass object, and she was forced to clean it up and be embarrassed. Eli wasn't going to have that, she knew she was better to have to deal with that, and so here she was, breaking up with the a*****e.
"What do you mean, you can't do this anymore?" the male asked, his voice deep and upset, his expression finally showing how angry he was upset about what she had said. Now getting uncomfortable she looked down, her fingers playing with her white jacket sleeves, she wasn't to sure what to do, walk away? or should she give him reasons? Taking in a breath she looked up past her oddly shaded grayish white hair and up to the male ''I just can't do this anymore Quin, I think we should see another people.'' she said, nodding her head lightly to him before turning, going to walk away before feeling a strong grasp on her arm jolt her back. "You found someone else didn't you!" the man yelled out, several people looking their way but then went on with what they were doing as he had grabbed Eli by both arms and shook her to make her look at him in the eyes. ''Le-let me go right now!'' she yelled out, her eyes shutting in fear but her foot couldn't help it as it hefted back, and swung forward to make contact with the mans crotch.
Wincing from how his grasp suddenly got tighter she tried to pull away, and this only resulted in his hands releasing her, one of his hands grasping onto his lower area which she had just kicked, and the other raising to strike her across the face which knocked her down on the ground on her behind. Holding onto her cheek, the stinging was caused by both the winters cold and from the sudden strike on her cheek. Eli wasn't to sure what to do, normally she was known for acting quickly on her feet, but now she was just completely stunned by both the throbbing in her reddening cheek and the fact that he had just hit her.
She was trying to break it off so that it wouldn't have happened, and here it happened the night of her spitting it off. ''you b*****d...'' she whispered, her voice unable to get any higher then that as she looked around to find her hat which had flown off when she had fallen onto the ground. Mentally she was cursing at herself, knowing she should have cut it off sooner rather then later with him, when he had first lost his temper within the second week she should have said she couldn't do it. But no, she had to keep her mind in thinking he was going to improve, but it just ended up slapping her in the face, quite literally.

The shrill cry of the alarm clock awoke Benjamin from his deep nightmare of a dream with a start. His hands grabbed at the edges of the white blanket and tightened their grip. The Korean gasped, taking in little, short bursts of breaths while quickly wiping the beads of sweat that dotted his forehead.
" Just a dream, " Ben muttered and covered his face, " Just a dream. "

It was months since Benjamin had last dreamed of her. That woman who had ruined his life as a potential violinist and crippled him into becoming a mere college student with no particular career path. His future, once outlined so clearly and so meticulously planned, became a messy ink splotch, spreading in all directions yet hopelessly stagnant. He contemplated this thought while he dressed, tugging his arm through the sleeve of the army-green blazer. Ben grabbed a black scarf from the coat hanger by the front door and wrapped it around his neck. Next, he slipped into his shoes. With a short, tired sigh, he pushed open the front door, locking it behind him before heading out.
Sticking his hands into his pants pockets for warmth, Benjamin made his way through the crowd of people with ease. He kept his head down and ignored the cacophony of noises of car honks and people jabbering on their cell phones. A heavy thought loomed above his head. The dream he had this morning wouldn't keep out of his mind. It bugged him and pulled at his thoughts, wresting attention from other more...important things. While he focused on warding this persistence away, Benjamin suddenly stopped in his tracks and glanced around. The noises had stopped.
No more honking. No more hip-hop music blaring from the speakers. He looked around this new, unfamiliar surrounding once more. There were barely any students around. A couple of hobos sat sleeping against the brick walls of apartment buildings, a busted oil drum with smoke looming in front of them. This was definitely not the way to his school. While he tried to retrace his steps and figure out a way back, Benjamin heard a murmur of words and a loud slap following right after. He whirled around and ran to the source of the sound.
He found a young girl with long, white hair lying on the ground holdnig a hand to her cheek, a brown hat a few feet away, and a boy towering over both. Benjamin quickly assessed the situation and assumed it was a couple's fight gone terribly wrong. He was torn between the decision to walk away and pretend he didn't see anything and the decision to help the lass out. Benjamin was starting to lean towards the former. After all, this wasn't his business.
