[Private] Louise and Clarence RP

[Aki Clairveaux]

Call him selfish--but having Louise's memories gone made opportunities for him to take advantage of. He smiled and placed an arm under the kid's shoulder. He pulled him close and simply laid there like a good angel. "I didn't hit my head. You're Hell's current Demon King."

Louise flinched when the angel placed an arm over him. He timidly pulled himself close to the other and nuzzled on Clarence's bandaged chess, helping him feel better.

He looked up at Clarence, not really believing what he was saying. "Really? woah, how did that happen....I thought everybody hated me here." he frowned. "then again, I missed out a lot....." he wrinkled his nose. "what surprises me more is that.....you've changed, you're an angel"

Clarence smiled, looking at the angel with amusement. He moved some away from the lad's face and started, "What you remember--it happened almost 200 years ago."

Louise's eyes widened and his mouth gaped open. "wow....that's a long time. I'm THAT old?!" he squeaked, feeling his mature and handsome face for wrinkles or other age marks.

"If so....are we still....you know, after all these years..are we.." he stuttered, his cheeks tinted pink. "Are we still together?" he asked, gulping. He was a bit afraid to know the answer to that one.

His smile was faint. Clarence whispered, "Actually, I don't know how we are right now--"

His voice was sincere. As calm as he looked, he was confused. He couldn't just answer him a no nor a yes because he really saw as their relationship as unsure. "What do you think?"

Louise's lips twitched a bit at Clarence's answer. He lowered his head and went silent for a while, as if to think. "Well....I'm not really sure of anything right now. I don't think I should just go and jump into things...or something." he played with his thumbs, choosing his words carefully and trying not to blurt out how much of a loser and a nerd he really is.

"but before I answer that......do you still love me?" he asked.

"Of course, I do." He softly told him. Clarence brushed his nose against Louise's and smiled. He couldn't say it often then but now that he had this loss, it was good to take advantage of it. It'd be different for how Louise saw it, though.

Louise giggled when Clarence nuzzled him, he liked that when he was a kid. He nodded his head and hugged the angel, again, carefully. "If you still love me, then we're still together. Right? Because as far as I can remember, I still love you, no matter what" he nodded his head, his tone as firm as his expression.

The kid sort of regressed into that innocent lad 200 years ago. Funny, he missed it so much. They didn't have turmoil when they were both young. He wanted to have it back. "I'm glad you still love me. That makes me happy. But--you have your family, I have mine. Isn't that the reason why we can't stay together in the present?" He laughed, "I'm reminding you, by the way."

Ah, another shocking news. Louise's eyes widened and he choked on his saliva at that. "i have a family? Like.....a baby and.....a wife?!" he inched away from Clarence. "Th-then I shouldn't stay in one bed with you! You're a father too! Oh no, I thought I hated women" he inched some more until he fell off the bed.

"ouch..." he rubbed his head as he sat up. For now, he just stared blankly into space with eyes as wide as dinner plates. Just give the kid a few minutes to overcome the shock..

He had it coming. The sooner he said it, the sooner it'd be over. Clarence laid on his side and patted the lad's head, "Are you okay?" He smiled, "We talked about this before. We still feel the same way but you decided that our relationship can't push through because of our different lives. And I agreed, that's why I couldn't answer you if we're still together."

Louise nodded his head and looked down at his lap. "Oh....sorry, I take back what I said then." He turned his head up and gave the angel a cheerful smile and a thumbs up. "Let's be friends instead okay?" he offered.

Like what he used to say. It really did irritate him. He swallowed and laid back, facing the other side of the room. No matter what he tried to say, he'd lose in the end. "Whatever you say, Louise. I can't stop you."

Louise nodded, hiding his frown with his smile. He was still in shock though, how did this happen? He thought their love would last forever...and he really still loved Clarence and he wanted to just spend time with him like they used to. Too bad they went their separate ways....

Sighing, the young man walked back to his chair and continued to watch the angel and making sure he's comfy and resting. To pass up time, he entertained himself with questions...like, who's the woman he married? and the child? a boy or a girl? do they like him? stuff like that....

Clarence pulled the blanket closer while he pretended to be of sleep. The angel stared at the wall to pass up a few minutes of their time together. He softly spoke out, deciding to let it out after all those years, "You know--I might have made a mistake but I don't understand why you want to separate again."
