Clarence stared at him while Shirohito moved forward. He had enough of those losses and he wouldn't want to add more to it. He was a happy lad but sometimes, when things were too off for reality, he had his moments. "Answer him, kind Sir. And what do you want from us?"

The angel looked around and felt putrid nausea come up his mouth. He still couldn't forget about that kid and the cry he did for the sudden burst of emotion he felt. He was going to have it done and over with as well. Enough was enough.

The man smiled pleasantly and continued to stare at them. "I mean you no harm prince of the demons. I am simply here to help you as you will to me. You have questions that only I can answer." he poured three cups with nice warm tea.
"You want to know what happened to Louise le Blanc, do you not? and why these creatures are after Clarence Annesly....and what these creatures are?" He reached for a cup and took a sip from it.

Len loosened his guard and stared at the man with disbelief. "What do you know? tell me..." he demanded silently, his eyes trembling slightly.

Clarence stared at him blankly. He was the one to first sit down and settle in, taking the cup of tea and casually sipping it in. He smiled and gestured for the two seats beside him. "Let's talk about it. And please hurry it up."

The man chuckled at the angel's words. He nodded his head and stared at the three who sat down across him. "Hurry it up? mhm, no need to be in such a hurry, my good man. You are sounding more like that atrocious white rabbit. Oh well oh well, my explanation requires time, which you obviously don't have enough of." he stirred his tea with a small spoon idly as he spoke.

"I shall introduce myself first. I am Kaeden, the guardian of the gates between worlds. You are inside my mansion right now, somewhere between hell and the abyss." he explained. " The creatures that were attacking you are chains, and they want you dead, Clarence Annesley, because they want to destroy the peace treaty between the previously warring races which Louise Le Blanc had created. They believe that if both of you are dead, they could achieve their goal of plunging everything into darkness and chaos."

Clarence could nod and ask a few questions along the way, which were answered. He leaned back and took another sip of good tea. Well, it did taste quite better than what his son would make. "The treaty didn't concern me when Louise made it. It was all his effort. And seeming that he's dead, what are we still talking about here?" He spat coldly.

The man stared at Clarence for a while before laughed heartily as if the angel was talking of blasphemy. "Dead, you say? Of course he's not dead." he stared at Len and Shiro who looked agitated. Len was angry because he couldn't believe that people actually preferred war over peace. He can't stand this because his father did everything to get angel and demons to work together....why all this?

"he chose to trap himself inside the abyss to the chains won't be able to get the key, which was his entire being. He sacrificed his physical body and memories in order to seal himself and prevent the chains from manipulating everything."

"and that's where you come along" he pointed his fork over to Clarence, licking his lips in amusement. "They believe that you'll be able to bring back the the demon king using your bond with him. They could manipulate you and get you to unseal the key"

Clarence crossed his legs and took another sip. He placed the cup down on the table and finally digested the facts and his role. It was amusing, quite entertaining to even think he was part of it. He raised his gaze and spoke, "Louise came to the Abyss in hie own accord. If they think they can use me to bring him out, it's useless. We are no longer an item."

"that is what your mind is dictating, young angel. But deep inside, you both still are bound to each other." he turned towards Len and Shiro who ware silently listening to the conversation. Len was getting agitated by the minutes.

"then? where is my father? You would tell me where he is" Len spoke out, his voice demanding again.

The man shook his head. "I told you, he's sealed deep within the abyss." he stated once more, snapping his fingers and a slice of cake appeared in font of them all.
"Would you like to see him?" he smirked.

Clarence grinned. Shirohito wanted to move forward. Instead, he took the cake and shoved sweets in his mouth. "That sounds splendid."

Len's lips quivered at the offer. He stayed quiet and nodded his head before he gathered up the courage to speak once more.
"I want to see him"

The blonde stared at him for a while, as if blankly examining the boy's mind. After some time he sat back and shrugged. "Unfortunately, I don't think you should see him right now." he frowned then turned to Clarence. "the chains in the abyss insist on devouring his physical body before you three could get to him"

Clarence stood up and glared down at the being that taunted his last nerve. She balled his hand into a fist and gritted his teeth in frustration. "Don't offer something you can't show, b*****d."

Kaeden's lips curled up to a smile, he clasped his hands together and stared at the angered angel with his taunting expression. "You're easily angered, I see. Perhaps you should share that angel with Louise"

A door appeared out of nowhere, and the blonde man gestured the three over to it. "It is time for you to return to your own world." he chuckled.

Clarence tch-ed. He took in air to calm himself down. His fingers were twitched and it was obvious how restless he was getting. "I'm done here. I'm done with this. Bring Louise back to us."

"I can't bring him back, I'm only a gatekeeper. It's up to you if you want to chase after him." Another door appeared beside the other, this door was pitch lack.

"the first door leads to your own world, back to your safe haven. The other leads back to the abyss, the fortress where the demon king is sealed. This could lead you to danger, and possibly, death. It's up to you to decide" he frowned and said in a bored tone.

Len stood up and slammed his fist on the table, unable to take it anymore. "I'm going back to get my daddy!" he announced bravely.

"No--" Clarence looked at Len with haste. He patted the lad's head and smiled, "It's better if I go alone, we can't risk having both demon royalty stay in the abyss. It's suicide." He looked at Shirohito and the friend servant could only look away. "You understand, right?"
