Welcome to Gaia! ::

Mustang snatched the item from the man and used it to light a small flame, illuminating their surroundings somewhat. "The only disadvantage to this is that if Scar is in fact around, we've just made it a hell of a lot easier to find us. Though our voices are a dead give away anyway. But I can use my alchemy now if I use the flint as my spark."
This sudden realisation made Havoc smile. He took a few seconds to forget all about Scar. But then something sounded behind them and he jumped nearly three feet into the air.
"Relax," Mustang reassured, not turning around. "It's most likely just a rat. We're in the sewers, after all."
Havoc squinted in the direction of the noise for a long time. There was definately something moving in the abyss, but it was the size of a man. As it moved closer, he flinched and raised his gun. He watched it closely. When it stood five metres away from the lieutenant he could just about make out the features of the face. "...Major?"
Hearing the noise getting louder, Mustang had began to doubt his rat theory and turned, ready to attack if need be. However when he saw the silhouette it was undoubtedly that of a soldier he knew all too well. "Major; what are you doing down here?!"
As he often does, the major became really emotional and started crying. He ran over to the colonel and the lieutenant and embraced them in his giant-like arms, nearly crushing them. "Ooow, Sir, we were so worried! Are you alright!?"
"Major please." Hawkeye stepped out of the shadows behind him and offered the men a shakey smile, happy to see them alive and well, sort of.
"Lieutenant Hawkeye and Major Armstrong. It's wonderful that you're here; Major, carry Lieutenant Havoc back. He sustained an injury to his arm. Lieutenant Hawkeye, do you know how we get back outside from here?"
Eventually the major released them from his crushing grip. Havoc gritted his teeth and clutched his arm, having a sneaking suspicion that the injury he had sustained was now worse. Not that he could really blame the major, he was always like that. "Chief, with respect, I don't need to be carried. I can walk just fine."
"You're wearing a make-shift tourniquet on your arm because you were losing so much blood. That blood loss could potentially impair your ability to focus and walk in a straight line. I should have to tell you that," Roy contended.
Havoc stopped and pulled a sulky face. He sighed and lowered his head in defeat. The major then proceeded to pick him up, forgetting how low the ceiling was. He raised him up a little too high and made him hit his head, which was just what he needed at a time like that. "Oww!!"
"Major, please be careful. The nearest exit is this way. Oh and Sir, I'm sorry to have to report that Scar got away. Even with a perimeter set up, he managed to get away with out leaving a trace."
Mustang frowned but nodded. "Very well... Lead us to the nearest exit. We need to get Havoc immediate medical attention. His wound could be infected having trekked around down here, and I wouldn't mind a few painkillers..."
As the group started moving towards the exit, Havoc muttered to himself "...I really need a cigarette..." But it's not as if the Colonel will give me the lighter back now...
Roy overheard the man's statement and rolled his eyes. "Cigarettes only make you worse anyway," he countered.
"Urr...hmph..." Like a bratty child, Havoc started sulking. It was only now with nothing to do that he realised how dizzy he was. His headache had tired him out, so much so that he was almost falling asleep right there.
"There it is." Hawkeye ran up a small slope and then began tapping on the lid of the sewer exit.
"It's open?" Roy asked with hopeful cheer in his voice. It may have only been less than an hour, but Roy tired of the sewers already.
