[Manin Kanin]

The teacher gasped suddenly as she held the phone to her ear. It seems she received some bad news. After a moment longer she hung up the phone and quickly turned around. "Mr. Sinclair, wait!" She called.

Cian rolled his eyes as he stopped. "What?" he snapped irritably.

The teacher spent a quick moment more on the phone before hanging up. Another quiet moment longer and the PA system kicked on. "Attention all students and staff." It's the principal's voice over the intercom. "There has been an incident off campus and the local police have bordered..." a couple of nearby street names were listed. It's right off the school grounds, half a block away. "All students will be dismissed from class and asked to head home. Students and staff are asked not to disrupt police investigations. Thank you." The PA system clicked off as all the students began to chatter. Was there a collision? An accident of some sort?

"Cian, please go straight home or call your parents to come get you." The teacher said. She was very worried about what is going on.

Cian wasn't looking at her, he was looking up at the intercom on the wall before he ran off. Something didn't happen to Ion did it? He wondered if Milly would be let out of school too, should he go by to check?

All the students are being dismissed. Witht his being such a small town, a crime scene is a pretty big deal for everyone. Ion was let out of the office. He has been suspended from school for the next two school days as punishment fpr fighting. He held his bag over his shoulder and dragged his feet down the hall. His uncle will be furious.

Cian located Ion in the hallway and grasped him by his shoulder. His hair was mussed from running.

Ion jumped a little. He isn't used to people just touching him like that. He turned slightly and stared at Cian. What happened to him?

"Hey, let me walk you home" Cian stated as he retracted his hand.

"I heard the announcement. You don't have to do that." Ion said. He felt odd having someone else go out of their way for him.

[Sex Pistola]

"It's because I heard the announcement that I want to take you home" Cian responded. He wanted to walk over Ion and make sure he got home safe. Plus he wanted an excuse to tell his parents when he got home late so he could investigate what happened.

"O-Okay." Ion gave in. He securely held the strap of his bag as he left the school building with Cian, along with a lot of other students. There is a lot of loud chatter about what could of happened.

Cian walked alongside Ion out o the school. He listened in on the chatter around him trying to figure out what happened.

It seems that some of the students are going to try and see for themselves. One of the guys nearby lives in the area the officers have quarantined, so he has an excuse to hang around. Ion seemed much less concerned only because he knows he will be in his own heap of trouble later.

Cian watched the students move around them. Looked like a few of them had the same idea as him. "Hey, lets go check it out" he said to Ion.

Ion nodded and started walking out with Cian. He wondered what could have happened.
