"Is it my blood you're smelling?" the boy wondered aloud, peering in through the window. "Just wondering, what's it smell like?" He stood on his toes to look further before sliding up to the door and pushing it in very slowly.

 <3 Emilee followed him. "It smells like grizzly bear blood." She said,matter of factly. "Very filling. But not very good." She said again with a grin. "So your safe with me...for now." She laughed a bit. <3 |

"Oh." He reached out to push the door open and let out a startled "Ye--aaaaaaaah--" before his mouth was covered by the hand that had touched his shoulder. He twisted free, gasping as he recognized the figure that had come up and forced the witless noise from his throat. "Christ, what was that for?" he hissed at the dark figure who pulled a wry face and an eye roll as it strolled in after them.

<3 Emilee was confused. "Uh...alright." was all she could say. She stayed close to Alex. <3 |

"Oh." Alex cringed, pointing between the vampire and the newcomer. "Emilee, and...well...yeah." He glanced at the dark skinned person with long white hair. "That should be obvious." He began moving through the house, looking for something or someone.

<3 Emilee's eyes turned a baby blue. She was sort of scared but just kept quiet. Her eyes staring blankly at the floor as she followed Alex. <3 |

Alex looked over at the white haired one as he took a few steps up the stairs. "Coming?" he murmured, a slim smile in his eyes as he took the moment to blink. Was he the only one not frightened of the figure's presence, so close?

<3 Emilee just kept staring at the floor. What else was she supposed to do? Become a social butterfly? 'I stepped out of the shadows and said hello to this boy because?...' She thought. Obviously because there was something about him. But she was still wondering why. <3 |

Alex trudged up the steps, sniffing around the house. "Empty bedroom," he called down, slipping and falling on his a**. "Owwww."

<3 Emilee looked down at Alex,her eyes still a baby blue. She managed to whisper. "Are you okay?" <3 |

"Yeah." He rubbed the sore spot. "What's up? You scared or something?"

<3 "N-no." She whispered with a guilty face. Her eyes still a bright baby blue. <3 |

"Hmm." He shrugged.

<3 She kept quiet and stood there. She wanted to say something but didn't know what to say. WHAT was she supposed to say? 'It's best I just keep to myself and stay quiet.' She thought. <3 |

The boy watched as a crab of all things scuttled across the floor. "Hermit," he said, pointing to it.
