Emilee laughed. Her eyes turned back to a crimson red. "What're you most afraid of?" She asked him innocently. It was a chance for her to see if he was afraid of vampires or not.

"Spiders," he admitted lamely, blushing and laughing. "I know, it's stupid. I don't have any reason for it, I just freeze up whenever one gets in my face."

"Haha,you wouldn't like my pet than." She said with a cute grin. "I'd tell you what I'm afraid of,but you wouldn't stop asking questions. And then I'd be forced to tell you,and then you'd run away,never to come back." She laughed nervously.

"Nah, I wouldn't. Unless it involved dumping spiders on my head," he amended after a second, grinning. "Try me."

"Well then." She began. "I'm afraid of vampire hunters." She said. She whispered the vampire part though.

"That's reasonable," the boy replied. "I'd be afraid of anybody with big flying sticks of wood and a bloodlust fit to fill Texas too. Goddamn." He shivered. "Anyway, wanna go find the place where they were cooking that food?"

"Sure." She said with a grin. "I'm not very hungry though,I sort of just ate." She said. It wasn't a lie either.

"Okay." He nodded, stuffing his hands back in their recesses as he strolled along toward the smell.

"So..." She began. Her eyes turned a bright blue,nervous about what she was gonna say. She closed her eyes tight. "D-do you know I'm not Human?" She stopped in her tracks.

"Hm?" He looked at Emilee, then nodded. "Mm-hmm." He waited as she hung back. "You coming?"

She walked back up to his side. "S-so you do?" She asked,looking at the ground,her eyes still a bright baby blue.

"Yeah, you just told me." He nodded matter of factly as they continued to walk. He rubbed his stomach again, mumbling something about it growling and how he wanted it to be quiet.

Emilee calmed down a bit,her eyes turning back to a crimson red. She could hear him telling his tummy to be quiet and she giggled. "And your not afraid that I'm gonna,like,suck your blood or anything?" She asked him with a grin.

"Nah, I don't taste good." He rubbed his nose as he walked over to the house's edge and sniffed around.

Emilee stepped close to him and sniffed his shoulder. Embarassed by this she blushed. "Haha,your right." She said with a grin,still blushing.
