"To me!? But, why..." All this time they had been targeting him instead? But then why take Tyler instead? They must have planned to get rid of him first, since he was always at his side protecting him. And without Tyler, he would have been on his own and defenseless. Aurel felt anger well up inside him to think that they had tricked them like that. He should have know. It angered him so much that they did that to Tyler, trying to get rid of him. "No! I can't leave you! There's too many of them!" He tried to plead that he stay with him to fight the men together, but his horse was already going too fast. He tried to make it stop, but it seemed it wasn't listening to his orders anymore and just kept running on the road back to the castle. "Tyler, be careful! Please!" Aurel cried out until he couldn't see him anymore. He needed to hurry and get back home and tell his parents about what happened. He was going to send out their best army to take care of these horrible men and make them pay for what they had put Tyler through.

XXXXXȾyler Just hoped Aurel would get out before anything serious happened to him. He ran out of arrows....s**t! He bit his lip and once one of them got close enough Tyler grabbed their arm when they swung at him and took the sword and pushed the other off his horse with his leg. He could see the other castles reinforcements coming damn.... I hope Aurel hurrys He thought as he tried to keep them off his tail

As soon as Aurel had gotten back to the castle, he skipped over going inside and telling his parents first, and instead when to the army headquarters. He didn't want to waste any second longer, when Tyler needed help. He bared into the room and started gathering up everyone, yelling to get their weapons and armor on, and to be prepared for a possible war. "Go out there and find Tyler! He's being chased by some men and is outnumbered! Protect him and bring him back to the castle unharmed at all costs!" After sending the troops on their way, Aurel ran inside. Most of the guests had left, fearing something else would happen. He ran up to his parents, now completely exhausted and looking desperate. "T-the... the men... it was... a trap... They wanted me... Tyler let me escape... But he's still fighting them... I have to go back..."

XXXXXȾyler and the Guard were almost to their castle. Tyler didn't know how much more he could take of this. the Guard held onto him as they rode into town and the horse ran past Aurel and then stopped The guard got off and helped Tyler down. Tyler saw Aurel and stumbled over to him and wrapped his arms around Aurel's waste stopping the boy from moving " Aurel stop....I'm fine....tired but fine" He was just extremely tired

"But...!" Aurel started to protest to his parents, trying to hold back his tears. "He needs help! I don't know how many people were following him! It might be more than even our army can handle!" He was worried. So very worried for Tyler. He couldn't even imagine what he would do if something happened to him. He would blame himself. He didn't even want to see him get a cut anywhere on his body. "I'm tired of giving him only pain! He does so much to protect me, I should be able to do the same! Especially now! He needs me!" He hoped they would understand. Aurel turned and started running back to the door. Even though he was exhausted and was about to fall over at any second, he didn't want to rest or stop until he was sure Tyler was back here and that he was okay.

Aurel stopped when he saw the guard come running in, carrying Tyler with him. He couldn't help the tears from spilling down his face again when he held him tightly and kept him close. "Are you sure you're alright...? Not hurt at all...?" He looked at his face, seeing how tired he was. Then he looked at his body, making sure he wasn't bleeding or had any wounds. He didn't. Somehow, he had managed to survive without a scrape on him. "Thank goodness... I was so worried about you... I'll never let anyone take you from me like that again... Never." He held him tighter for a few more seconds. "Come on, you need to be checked out by a nurse and then rest. I still have something to take care of." Aurel took Tyler to the infirmary.

XXXXXȾyler Let a chuckle go threw how lips as the other spazzed out. He didn't mind it though It meant the other was worried about him and that's what he wanted to know... If the other cared or not. He smiled and tryed to stand for Aurel but he was still too weak so the Guard helped Aurel. Once Tyler got to the Nurse and got checked out Tyler pulled Aurel close as the nurse told Aurel that Tyler just needed rest. Tyler wasn't going to let Aurel go...Not yet not when he almost lost his life and his love. No He was holding on to them both tightly right now Sure he needed rest he would get to that later though

Aurel was so relieved to hear that Tyler really was okay. Now he could worry a little less, but it wouldn't completely fade away until he was feeling better. Now he just needed rest, and as much as he didn't want to leave him, the boy started to until he was held back and held tightly instead. He tried not to cry again, even if he wanted to cry because he was happy that Tyler came back to him. "I was so scared... If I would have known it was a trap the whole time, I would have never let you go..." He apologized for his mistake over and over again and cursed himself that he was so easily tricked with someone so precious to him as Tyler.

XXXXXȾyler shook his head and held the other close " No Aurel its not your fault It's mine If i wasn't so caught up in the idea that my parents would still be alive then I wouldn't be like this and you wouldn't be crying" He said as he turned the other around and started to wipe away the tears that were falling " Aurel....can you please stay in here with me.... I almost lost you today... I wanna spend time with you even after that"

Aurel couldn't believe what Tyler was saying. Even though he was laying here, not hurt, but exhausted, he was still blaming himself for everything that had happened. He didn't blame him for thinking that his parents might have still been alive. He would have done the same thing. But no. It wasn't his fault at all. It was Aurel's. No matter what he tried to say, he knew that it was. He had to take the blame for it this time. He held back more tears and nodded softly. "Okay... If you really want me to... I'll stay." He smiled faintly. He couldn't believe Tyler still wanted him near him after getting him into so much trouble today.

XXXXXȾyler Pulled the other closer His body shaking slightly. His body was still in protection mode He buried his face into the crook of the others neck. He was tired but he didn't care Aurel always came first No matter what

Aurel could feel Tyler's body shaking slightly. He could only guess to what he was still thinking, even after everything had ended. He hated to his older brother, his lover, like this. It pained him so much. "It's okay, Tyler... You're okay. I'm okay. There's nothing else to worry about..." He said softly in a calm voice, hoping it would calm him down, if only a little. He crawled into the bed next to him and snuggled close, arms wrapped around his body and holding him close. "Let's take a nap together, okay? You need to rest, and I'm really tired, too... I'm not used to running so much. My legs are so short..." Aurel laughed a little and gave Tyler a kiss, squeezing him and smiling. He closed his eyes to rest, but made sure that he was comfortable enough to sleep too, first.

XXXXXȾyler slowly fell asleep. He didn't know that one of the Guards walked in and whispered to Aurel that his parents had wanted them both But he had offered to tell the King and Queen that they were asleep if he had wished it.

Aurel smiled softly as Tyler easily fell asleep in his arms. He yawned and closed his eyes, about to fall asleep too, until he heard the door open. He immediately turned his head to see who it was, but relaxed again when he just saw that it was guard. He wondered what his parents wanted to see the both of them right now for. It must have been important, but Tyler had just fallen asleep, and he was not going to wake him up now. "Just tell them we're asleep. I'll see what they want tomorrow. Tyler needs rest first."
