Welcome to Gaia! ::

"What?" Sera remarked and playfully batted toward Danny's face. "You're so silly. I love your cooking... but I know that you work really... really hard and I want to be able to do something for you. Besides, you've been the one cooking ever since you got here..." she remarked to him and smiled before cuddling with him a little more.
"All I did was bake a cake," he insisted with a laugh. "I don't know how much you really consider that cooking. "I've had enough of a break already. You're the one that has to go to work today."
He hugged her tightly and kissed the top of her hair.
"I consider it cooking," Sera replied to Danny. She smiled and moved to sit up. Strings of ebony hair fell upon her face and she ran a hand across it in order to move them out of the way. She looked down at him and then gently scratched her nails along his hair, gently scratching his scalp.
"And I don't consider it work whenever I enjoy it."
Danny only chuckled and shook his head before kissing her one more time. Easily he reached up to help brush her hair out of her face, before his arm lowered and rested itself around her waist.
"If you say so," he said at last.
Sera smiled down toward Danny, then leaned over to gently press her lips against his.
"I say so," she whispered, her breath rolling over his skin before she moved to kiss along his jaw momentarily.
Danny moaned softly as his grip slightly tightened around her and he pressed his lips against her temple. His free hand went up to her head and he massaged his fingers against her scalp, pulling them through her silky hair.
"Alright," he said after a few minutes and a few kisses had passed. "What time do you have to be ready? I'll fix us some breakfast while you get prepared.
Sera peered to Danny and then finally let him go whenever he wished to be let go of. She hated how much of a gentleman he was sometimes.
"Umm... I've got a little while," she told him. "Let me fix breakfast," she said as she began to slide from bed, wondering if perhaps he was just hungry.
"I just don't want you to be late," Danny replied, still holding onto her gently. "I know Kyle was a little mad at you yesterday. I don't want you gettin' in trouble 'cause of me." He patted her affectionately and smiled. Then he sat up with her and leaned his head against hers. He kissed her cheek, then her lips.
"Don't worry about Kyle," Sera whispered to Danny. She then leaned into his kiss, moving to hold onto him tightly, her hands playing along his back and then his hair. She kissed him back forcefully.
Finally, she broke herself away as she peered to him.
"I'll fix breakfast," she whispered again.
"I try not to," he said with a grin before receiving her kiss.
He eyed her a moment when she still insisted to make breakfast. "How 'bout we make it together," he suggested. "We could make it for the whole band if you like...Or just us."
"We can make it together," Sera replied to Danny. She finally gave in on the fact that he was going to cook one way or another. "And for just us. The band gets picky and greedy... then it's not fun anymore."
She stayed sitting up as she just peered at Danny.
"I like this," she finally whispered as she cradled Danny's cheek in her hand. "Just waking up next to you... this is so nice... so peacefully..."
"I think I hafta agree with you there," Danny replied with a soft smile, before turning his head to kiss the palm of her hand. "It was nice wakin' up to beauty in the mornin'."
He fell silent for a moment, but then suddenly jumped to his feet and swept her into his arms all in one fluid motion. He managed to lift her shirt a bit in order to blow a raspberry on her belly.
"My pretty li'l sweetheart," he laughed as he danced a little clumsily with her into the kitchen area.
Sera giggled happily and then screetched softly as she was suddenly hauled off the bed. She found herself continuing to giggle at his actions. His arms were strong and she felt safe. Although she didn't think it wasn't the most romantic thing, she felt so loved.
Danny wasn't trying to be romantic, he was just expressing his happiness in a silly way. Once in the kitchen he plopped her onto her feet playfully before hugging his arms around her shoulders.
"So what's on the menu, ma'am," he inquired as he looked around the kitchen.
Sera blinked a bit and tried to regain her footing from such a sudden action. She was still a bit giggly but meandered over toward him as she began looking around.
"How about strawberry waffles?" she asked him. "I can start mixing up the batter while you chop the strawberries. They're in the door of the fridge," she pointed out with a smile to Danny.
