Welcome to Gaia! ::

Sera turned to peer up toward Danny a moment, wondering if he was actually serious.
"You?" she asked. "I don't know if you'd look that great... piercings don't exactly seem to be your style..." she teased him as she looked upward toward him. "Well... maybe if you got a lot of piercings... like maybe four or five on each ear," she told him. "I think that might look nice," she smiled. "But just one per ear... eh.." she giggled.
Danny laughed as well, knowing she might have found it funny.
"Just curious," he said. "I really don't think I'd want that many. Also, lookin' at yours just reminded me that a few years back I had actually considered gettin' them. That and a tattoo."
He also knew she probably wasn't taking him seriously at all, but that didn't matter.
"Well since you made such a drastic change I just wondered if you'd think I'd look just as good," he chuckled. "I was thinkin' of the black cowboy look. Like that old singer from way back...what's his name...Johnny Cash!"
Sera raised a brow and couldn't help but laugh as she brought her hands to cover her mouth.
"You can't be serious," she remarked to him, still trying to cover her mouth. "I wouldn't want you any other way. I like you just how you are silly," she said once she had calmed. She reached up to stroke his face gently and smiled toward him. "Don't change yourself, okay? If you don't change yourself then I promise that I'll go back to being 'me' whenever I'm done with this whole music thing."
"If you say so," Danny chuckled rubbing his hand down her arm once more before returning his tender touch to her face. "Then what? We'll get married and you'll come live with me? How does that sound? Ah, I think you like the black cowboy idea, you just don't wanna admit it," he teased.
He laughed before leaning over to kiss her.
Sera peered up at Danny.
"Why can't we do that?" she asked. "That's what I planned on doing," she told him, still cupping his cheek in her hand after he had kissed her.
"And I don't think you in all dark anything would be very nice. I like you like this," she whispered and smiled.
Whether it was too soon to be considering such things or not, there was still something rather satisfiying when it came to talking about these things. He smiled warmly at her words, "I like you like this." She liked him for who he was and his heart swelled with pride.
"That means a lot to me," he whispered, then he kissed her again and hugged her tightly.
Sera couldn't help but smile as well toward him.
"I love you Danny," she told him. "And I can't wait to marry you... if you asked me to marry you right now and you really meant it, I'd drop everything just to be with you."
She was glad that she could make Danny happy. She knew that being so far apart was hard on the both of them, but she was absolutely willing to drop it all.
"That day might come when you least expect it," Danny pointed out with somewhat of a thoughtful, yet mischeivous look in his eye. He chuckled. "But for now I want you to have the chance to do what you enjoy." He kissed her forehead. "I love you too, sweetheart."
He held her for a moment, satisfied and happy. It was nice to be able to have her and hold her after so long. He didn't want to think that in a couple of days he'd be leaving again.
After a few moments, he gave her an affectionate squeeze then released her.
"Now to finish that cake...you want some," he asked with a grin.
"No thank you, I'm fine right now," Sera answered Danny. She moved off him whenever he released her though so that he could get up and do whatever he pleased.
"You want to go do something after you eat?" she asked him. "Like... go shopping or to the zoo... or... something?"
Danny thought she had wanted to do that tomorrow since they had discussed it earlier, but perhaps she changed her mind.
"If you want to, then sure," he replied. He was definately up for getting out and about anyway.
The cake didn't take long to ice and cut. He had kind of hoped she might want some so he wouldn't be the only one eating it, otherwise he felt kind of selfish. Of course, he would leave the rest here for her anyway.
Sera shook her head.
"No, you decide what we're doing. None of that 'if you want to' crap," she pointed out to him. She said it in a teasing tone, but meant it rather seriously. Any time she brought up something with the guys in the band they'd answer in about that same tone. Sera was tired of making decisions.
Danny raised a brow at her.
"Well I only say it 'cause just a li'l while ago you said you'd rather wait 'til t'morrow," he pointed out. "I already told you what I'd kinda like to do, but I don't wanna tire you out. So in the end it really is just up to you." He shrugged lightly.
He had already told her he had never been to a zoo before, after which she stated they might go the next day. But now she brought up shopping, so he wasn't sure if she'd rather do that or not.
"But if you really wanna leave it up to me, I should do both," he said, finally deciding she would really like a definitive answer. "Unless you're really only feelin' the energy for one."
Sera peered to Danny as he spoke, waiting for his answer, which he finally gave.
"Would you like to do those things today or tomorrow?" she asked. She most certainly hated keeping him cramped up, knowing that he hated that.
She ran over the things they could do inside their hotel room, for personally she didn't want to go anywhere, but she wanted to keep her guest entertained.
At that moment, she got a text and her phone vibrated on the coffee table. She found the small device and a holo-gram appeared above that showed that Kyle wanted her to come over in order to go over the new lyrics.
"I'll be right back," Sera stated as she got up and put her small device away. "Will you be okay here by yourself?" she asked him.
"I guess we could go out tomorrow," Danny replied. He knew she didn't feel up to going out, so he didn't want to force her. He could stand staying inside for one day at least. "Alright," he said. "What'choo gotta do?"
As she said this, he finally cut himself a slice of cake to eat before shuffling back over to the couch.
"Kyle wants to speak with me. Probably about that song he was telling me about earlier. I'm sure he's wondered where I was," Sera remarked as she hurried to a mirror in order to fix her makeup and also to put her piercings back in since she had taken most of them out for Danny.
"He's probably becoming impatient. Which also it's against his morals to bring boyfriends and girlfriends into the band scene. He believes that I should be single. He's a little ticked I bet," she remarked.
She stood up straight once more, running a hand through her hair and flirting it back. She glanced behind her toward Danny and couldn't help but smile lightly toward him.
"I won't be long, I promise," she stated as her hands traced down her slender frame, feeling the slight bit of skin exposed just under the large jacket. With that, she turned and started for the door.
