No Man's Land (Private)

Sera lifted her head so that she could look at Danny in a little better position. She steadied herself there, feeling him against her as a looming fortress.
"Don't apologize," she whispered to him. "I like what you said and just because I didn't respond doesn't mean that you need to be forgiven for what you said."
She reached a hand up to scratch lightly behind his ear and around his scalp.
"I like your suggestion," she told him as well, offering a half-smile. But the question still was, was Danny finished baking yet? Sera had seemed to interupt him while he worked on the icing, so she wasn't sure if he should be leaving his post or not.

"Well...I just...wasn't sure," he replied with a soft shrug. Because of her silence he had felt like he had said something wrong. But he smiled and leaned his head towards her hand. " Hmm...that feels nice too. I think I'm like a dog. I like to be scratched and rubbed just about anywhere." He chuckled again before leaning down to kiss her.
Then he released her and turned back to his icing, which was about halfway done.
"I'll be there in a second hun," he said. "Le'mme finish this first."

Sera stood there a minute and smiled toward Danny. His kiss was comforting and his warmth was received openly.
"Okay," she replied to him. She didn't want to bore Danny by constantly just being all over him. She was sure that wasn't what he had come to visit her for. Perhaps he'd like to visit an indoor park or an arcade or maybe he'd prefer to just go see a movie on the big screen.
She hadn't even taken the oppertunity to ask him. She felt so bad for just keeping him inside her hotel room.
Silently, she moved over to the couch to sit down and wait, turning her attention to the screen momentarily.

Danny didn't really care what they did, just as long as he got to spend a little time with Sera. Sure he was a little antsy and he wasn't one to stay inside all the time, but he didn't want to bother Sera about going out. He knew she would be very busy these next couple of days and didn't want her to lose her opportunity to rest.
When he was done with the icing, he slipped it into the fridge to let it cool while the cake was still baking. He checked the cake momentarily before slipping over to the couch at last. He had really only taken a few more minutes.
"Awlright, that's done," he said as he laid out across the couch, wrapping her in his arms.

Sera stared at the screen for a little longer then looked back toward Danny as he moved closer to her.
"Would you like to go out and do something?" she asked him before they started anything. Perhaps buying their time somewhere else would also help her guilt. They wouldn't be all over each other and perhaps this might help the two of them more.
"We could... go to a movie... or visit the indoor parks and zoos..." Sera told Danny. She ran her hand along his shoulders thoughtfully. "I know just staying cooped up inside can drive you crazy."

Danny shrugged his shoulders at all her suggestions, although some interested him much more than others.
"I never been to a zoo before," he pointed out thoughtfully. He had always sort of considered his home like a zoo, but maybe it was much different than he thought. "Is there one nearby?"
Easily he moved his hand to run his ifingers through her hair before kissing her lips once more.

Sera melted into Danny's kiss momentarily and didn't answer. Instead, she gently kissed him back. She closed her eyes and leaned her face against the crook in his neck.
"There's a zoo nearby. In fact, it's not very far away... at all..." Sera told Danny. She smiled to herself as she hugged him, moving her arms to hold around him as they sat together on the couch.

"You wanna go," Danny asked her after she responded. "I didn't know if you were tired'er not. I know you said you had a lot of work over the next few days and I didn't wanna wear you out or anything." He kissed her again. "I'm content as long as I'm with you."
He gave her an affectionate squeeze and pressed his lips against her once more.

Sera was extremely content with where she was.
"I... like this..." she whispered to him, moving to kiss him this time. She parted his lips, showing that she wanted to be a little more open with him.
Inbetween kissing him, she would speak to him.
"We can go... tomorrow... after ... rehearsal... they're open... all night."

"Sounds good to me," Danny replied with a small chuckle.
He supposed he was distracting her far too much now. But at least this meant that tomorrow he would be able to do a little more than just sitting around in the hotel.
Tenderly both their lips parted and he inhaled her warmth. She was sweet, although her lip ring was a little distracting. Although he had tried to be open towards it, it tended to get in the way more than he liked.

Sera felt herself giving in to Danny. Her body was screaming for him. All she knew was Danny. She was wrapping herself in his warmth and was more than happy to drown herself with it as well.
Her hand went to play along the back of his neck, itching to tenderly touch his ear, to nibble or bite...
"Good," she whispered.

While one of Danny's hands remained near her head, brushing through her hair and caressing her neck, the other meandered down by her waist, fiddling with her clothing. His fingertips lightly grazed her skin underneath as if curiously browsing but being careful not to trespass. He kept his mind focused in order to not to lose himself too easily. He didn't want this to turn into anything more than it should be.

Sera continued to kiss at Danny. She brought both her hands up by his head, gently massaging her fingers over his neck and scalp.
She liked the fact that he was touching her. His fingertips against her skin...
Sera felt her body flex and mold for him.
"Danny..." she whispered. "I ... I love you..."

"I love you too," Danny replied with a grin. He gave a quick peck on her forehead, cheek, and chin, before returning to her lips.
He rolled onto his back so that she could lay over his chest, and he hugged his arms tightly around her back.

Sera moved so that she was laying on top of Danny. She liked this so much and her hands found themselves back down at his sides, massaging at the muscles down there.
She wanted to push him and see how far he'd go before pushing her away. She wanted to know her boundaries.
