Welcome to Gaia! ::

As Locke continued walking he took out his notebook and started to record more notes. It was amazing he didn't run out of pages, but Locke had computerlike handwriting, it was amazingly neat and accurate. He closed his eyes and spoke to Nell in a rather serious tone, "You'd better be sure you know the exact location of this... place."

"Sooo, Rosalinda," Chuck started in a smooth tone as he naturally fell into place beside her, grinning in a charming way, "What are you planning on doing when we get back?" He acted as if it were a sure thing, no doubt in this jock's mind.

Kim made this strange expression by pushing her lips to the side. Seeing the guy run offf didn't leave her with a lotta options. Not like she was gonna use her hobo legs to chase after him. She gave it a moment of thought before lifting her hands. A large slab of earth rose out of the ground in front of him in order to stop him. She flashed a huge toothy grin while doing so.

"Sooo, what is your favourite flavor of pie?" Tabby questioned out of the blue to her new buddy, putting a finger on the bottom of her chin and glancing curiously up at the sky.
Nel, whom was walking incredibly fast, had her pony-tails flailing around by her sides. The thicket of trees got denser and more exotic sounds were being heard. Little shafts of light peeked through the roof of leaves and branches above them. Roots, big stones, small creeks, moss, and bugs covered the ground beneath them. It was all quite amazing to Nel. It had seemed like they had all been walking for thirty minutes as opposed to five. Nel, whom had put off Locke's question stopped and put her arms out to the side of her, signaling everyone else to stop. Rustling and panting sounded through the thicket. What was it. Foot steps crunching dead leaves, twigs, and bugs hurried toward the group. Louder and closer it got. Nel looked all around, trying to figure out where it was coming from. Suddenly a thud rang out, then diminished to silence. Curiously, Nel began to creep about, tip-toeing here and there. Then there it was again, the panting and crunching sounds. There it was! But what was it? It was moving to fast, and unnatural. From trees to the ground, from on hands to on feet. Backwards to forwards. It nothing more than a flurry of motions from what Nel could see, but whatever it really was, it was heading right for her. Smack! Went the white haired-boy into Nel, both of them fell. Nel rubbed her head and stood up, while the boy was already up and continuing to run. Nel stuck out her foot, and he tripped, but bounced right back up only to be caught in Nel's arms.

"Who are you?" Questioned Nel. The boy was silent. Nel peered into his eyes. The boy struggled to get away, but she had a tight grip. "Tell me who you are, and I will let you go" Nel demanded. The boy sighed.

"What does it matter who I am, what business have you with me? None? Good, now let me go" The boy fussed as he struggled to get away again

"Nope, not good enough for me!" Nel teased, smiling. The boy got mad.

"I'm Edge, happy now?" He said, still struggling. Nel laughed slightly.

"Happy? Not in the thlightetht, I want to get to know you! Why were you running?"

"That is none of your concern" Edge snapped. "Now leave me alone!" Nel stared at him.

"Ya know what, I think you thhould come with uth" Nel proclaimed. Edge's face went red with fury. Nel looked at how skinny and pale he looked. "you mutht be hungry" Nel said calmly. Edge's face went blank.

"I-I am, why does that matter to you though" The white haired boy's voice went a little softer.

"We are headed to a plathe to get off thith island, they have food there" Nel explained as she let the boy down. He didn't try to run, though he kinda wanted to, he wanted food more.

"Are you inviting me to come with?" Edge asked curiously, raising one of his eyebrows.

"Indeed, letth go" Nel patted his back and continued walking, leading the rest of the group to their destination. Uphill, over roots and big stones they went.
Volcom kept walking impatiently, wanting it to be there break, he was giving Kim a piggy back ride, since he said if she caught him he would. Plus Volcom didn't want to get hit with the Earth again, and he didn't really want to ask either. He readjusted her position on his back, but kept walking at a steady pace, "When's are break?" He questioned out loud.

Gojie was still going on about flavors of pies, from when Tabby has asked, he must have said at least 100 now, heck he might have even started over cause he forgot he said some of them.

Rosalinda was chatting with Chuck, and Quistella knew very well that they were flirting, well at least Chuck was, but she didn't think Rosalinda even realized it. She was just trying to chat like friends, Quistella didn't want to start a scene, mainly because Rosalinda asked her no too. Quistella turned to the boy with white hair like her own, "So, how did you get here?" She questioned, "I don't think I saw you on the plane," She explained, wanting to be in a conversation like Rosalinda was.
Edge looked over at the Quistella, then looked away and kept walking. He tucked his hand into the pockets in his white jacket, laced with poofy animal fur. On his ears, placed snug and tight, were black earmuffs with a skull on each one, same with his jacket. He walked leisurely, no effort at all going up some big steps. It was odd really, he seemed very light on his feet. Not something usually paired with a subtly mean boy, but oh well.

Nel was getting far ahead of everyone. From time to time she would have to stop and wait for everyone to catch up. It seemed the only one who kept with her was Volcom, and Kim. Nel looked over at Volcom.

"Break is in a few hours" Nel replied sternly as she kept on walking uphill.
Kim was taking quite advantage of this free piggy back ride. Eventually she dozed off and was asleep entirely, unaware of any of the conversations taking place. Kim had this amazing sleeping ability; she could be sitting on the Statue of Liberty's head on a cold winter day and somehow that girl could fall asleep for hours on end.

Chuck shoved another mouthful of chips in his mouth, speaking with his mouth still mostly full as food particles flew everywhere, "Weeff afff leaff gottaffa geff foood halffwafaay ffrough deen."

Tabby somehow could never grow bored of listening to people. She gazed in wonder as he listed off the pies. At some point or another she asked, "Yeah, but like, what's your most favorite of them all?"

Locke sighed slightly and continued glancing through the data in his notebook. He kept careful notes on everyone and most situations. It would usually come in handy later.
"D**n she's heavy," Volcom cursed shifting her wait again and stomping his aching feet up the hill.

Gojie thought hard for a long time, "Ummm. my favorite?" He asked and tried hard and then decided, "Blue berry, cause that's the one my grandpa and me shared before he died," He informed, "But I also really like Cherry and banana and grape," He went off recounting again, maybe he really didn't know which he liked better, or perhaps he just didn't want to think about his grandfather, at this point it was kinda hard to tell.

Rosalinda couldn't help but laugh at Chuck, "You shouldn't talk with your mouth full, I can't understand you," She explained.

Quistella was pissed by the white haired boy's attitude began to try to plan a revenge on him for being so rude, she began to smirk evilly with her plan coming into form, in her head.
Besides the fact Kim had bug bites and probably reeked like homeless people do, she probably wasn't too much of a hassle to carry otherwise. She didn't get food very often and she was a little short in height, so she was pretty portable.

Tabby looked confused, her eyes almost spinning. He kept listing off pies and was never really giving a clear answer. "That makes sense..." Her voice trailed oddly.

Chuck finally managed to swallow the massive amount of food in his mouth, "Yah, I'm just saying if we're not taking a break we should at least stop to eat at some point." He rubbed the back of his head, "Or eat a lot when we get there, whatever works."
Gojie finally stopped listing and rubbed the back of his head sheepishly, "Sorry, I'm probably boring you, why don't you tell me your favorite desert," He finally got enough sense to stop listing the pie's.

Rosalinda laughed at him again, "But your eating right now anyway, why do you care if we stop to eat?" She questioned as Quistella grew a large toothy grin, making her finishing touches to her plan, She couldn't help but giggle at Chuck and his eating habits, a little curious as to how he keeps such a nice trim while eating like that.
"Huh? No, you aren't boring me," Tabby blinked confusedly a couple of times. Then she smiled widely, "Actually, I think it's funny! You sure know a lot about pies, I don't know a whole lot about much of anything." She added the last part rather sheepishly. By this point she had forgotten the question he asked. Her brain could really only reply to one thing at a time.

"Huh. I guess you have a point." Chuck mentioned rather dumbly. Chuck actually just ate all the time, but most people ate at certain meals, so he was used to stopping. He then flashed her a rather flirty grin, "But y'know, you gotta eat too. I wouldn't want you to get tired."

"Are you planning something?" Locke asked out of the blue to the Quistella nearby. His attention was still glued to his notebook. Somehow he had known that she had an evil expression on her face. He didn't even look in her direction. The lawyer had eyes on the side of his head! Yet his question was mostly quiet so just the two of them were in the conversation.
"I think you know quite a bit," Gojie said, "More than you let on," He told her with a big smile, "I want to listen to what you like now."

Rosalinda smiled at him, "Your sweet, but I'm not actually hungry," She told him honestly, "I might have a granola bar later, but that's it," She said sticking her tongue out at him playfully.

Quistella heard Locke which pushed her over the top about her plan and she burst out laughing a diabolical laugh, "HA HA HAHA!!" She yelled out.

Volcom was surprised by the sudden loud laugh and jumped, accidentally dropping his passenger on the ground, head first, "Aw! Whoops!" He said and checked her head to see if she was okay, forgetting to act uninterested, like he usually did around people, but he was really starting to like her, she was loving and friendly, just like his mom, although it wouldn't hurt to stick her in the bath.

Gojie jumped and turned to Quistella in surprise, "What in the world?" He questioned.

Rosalinda didn't really have a reaction, already quiet used to her friend doing that when she came up with a plan, it was almost a normal every day thing for her.

The sun was half way across the sky, melting its light across the island. The group had been walking for hours and had now come across a small heated spring. It steamed with a welcoming heat and its surface glittered brilliantly under the sun.

"BREAK TIME!!!!!!!" Nel shouted as she opened small pouch and sat upon a large rock placed next to the spring. She pulled out a small sandwich and pulled it up to her mouth to take a bite, then suddenly laid it down and began to inspect its contents with her magnifying glass.

Meanwhile, Edge had walked away and was now sitting up in a tree, his eyes closed and his white hair swaying barely in the gentle breeze. He had one leg crossed over the other and his hands comfortably behind his head.
So because Sean's OCs left me VERY LITTLE to work with, Layla's crazed little mind had to come up with some crazed... craziness. DU YES.

Suddenly Barney the Dinosaur came out of a portal Kim hadn't stirred from her sleepy state, even after being thrown on the ground. You could shoot her in the knee and nothing would happen.

Tabby took a great interest in Nell and appeared nearby the girl in 1.27 seconds. Any chance she could have to make friends she would gladly take, "Hiya my name is Tabby wanna be fr--" She stopped midsentence as she got a better look at the girl. Up until this point she had been entirely distracted by the amazingness of Gojie, she hadn't really seen this girl's face. The girl was one of the unpopular kids, a nerd. Probably someone who spent a little too much time with science books. Tabby tilted her head oddly to the side. She remembered her friends telling her not to talk to people like that, that they were "losers". So she paused awkwardly, unsure what to do from there.

Right now Locke was recounting his money, sorting through it with mathematics running through his computerlike mind. It was the payments he had received from before. He took little interest in the others, but did give Nell a questioning glance. Something was not entirely... right about her.
Nel paused for a second, hearing the girl, and her hesitation, knowing what that meant. Nel didn't have time for people who didn't like to talk to her, or people whom she wasn't interested in. But Nel was still polite, she looked up to the girl and offered this as a response.

"Thalutathionth! Itth nithe to meet thuch a happy girl. If you were wondering, at birth I wath given the name Nellie, but you can jutht call me Nel if that pleatheth you." Nel turned her head away and continued with her observation."I KNEW IT!!!!" Nel screamed as she leaped into the air with her sandwich and held it up to the sky. "Itth a thandwich."
