[Ryder Myster]

Neva watched James. Oh he was bound to get hurt. Penelope didn't do anything at first, but then suddenly a paw shot out, and grabbed his foot with her claws.

James had only been messing around but went wide-eyed when her claw dug into his foot. He shouted out and quickly pulled his foot back. It was enough to draw some blood. Albus just laughed at him. "That's what you get from trying to steal drugs from a cat."

Neva smiled weakly. "I told you so... you're lucky she just let go or your foot could have gathered a lot more damage pulling it away like that." She said simply. She knew it was reflex, but it could have really damaged him. Penelope just went back to rubbing against the bag of cat n**.

James just frowned and limped off to the bathroom. He grabbed some disinfectant and sprayed his foot. Then he put gel medicine over the scratch marks before wrapping it up in a bandage. Obviously he wasn't happy but Neva had warned him.

Neva smiled and shook her head some. She picked up Penelope and held her like she was a baby. Penelope didn't seem to mind, even if it did take her away from her cat n**. "You didn't want to hurt him did you baby? But he left you no choice." She spoke to her like she was a baby, cooing at her some.

Albus was still watching tv. Eventually James came back out and made his way over to the couch. Then he sat down next to Neva, although not too close since she was holding Penelope. He didn't want to be scratched again.

Neva noticed him sit a little further away from her. "Awww... don't be that way. She didn't want to hurt you... you made her." She said simply and pouted a little. It's not like Penelope would scratch him for no reason.

James frowned a little when Neva spoke. He carefully moved a little closer since he trusted Neva that Penelope wouldn't try scratching him again. Her claws were sharp so he didn't want any part of it.

Neva smiled some when he moved closer. Penelope didn't really react. Neva was petting her still. She was purring and all. She was clearly happy. Neva smiled some she was enjoying herself here. She looked at James. She grinned and put Penelope in his lap.

James blinked and tensed when Neva put Penelope in his lap. She seemed content with Neva, so he wasn't sure what she'd do now that she was with him. The last thing he wanted was to get scratched. Especially with her in his lap.

Penelope could tell he was nervous. So she laid there and stretched out. Her paws pushing against his stomach some. Neva smiled weakly. "Stop teasing him Penelope... that's not nice." She said simply. Although the cat didn't seem to care much and curled up on his lap and started kneading, just to see what would happen. Kneading didn't hurt too much, but the claws were still involved.

James didn't mind that Penelope stretched out and pushed against his stomach since her claws weren't out. He just pet her a little but tensed when she started kneading. "Nope. No you don't." It wasn't exactly the best spot since she was still in his lap, so he carefully picked her up and handed her back to Neva. He already had his foot scratched. He didn't need anything else getting scratched or clawed.

Neva smiled weakly. She pet Penelope when he put her in her lap. "See... I told you not to tease him." She said simply. Penelope just hopped down, picked up the cat n**, and then went off with it. Neva smiled and shook her head some. "Her kneading wouldn't have really hurt you ya know." She said simply.

James watched Penelope grab the catnip and walk off. He shrugged when Neva spoke. "I'm not taking any chances with that area." He didn't want to experience getting his junk clawed. Albus just grinned. "Don't see why not. It's not like you'll get to use it anyway." He teased. Their parents put Neva and James in separate rooms, so James wasn't getting any, anytime soon.

Neva shook her head some. She smiled weakly when Albus spoke. "She wasn't even kneading there, it was your leg.. you're being very over dramatic." She said simply. She didn't know why he was being that way.
